Great budget accommodation on our way between Salzburg and Munich. Comfortable, cosy and warm. As we stayed off season it was self check in and very quiet. We had nice view from our room and would recommend to anyone looking for quiet stay for very good price. The owners got in touch via WhatsApp when they saw we were foreigners so they made it extra easy for us with the self check in.

We would love to have a kettle in the room to make tea as it was a cold day and the shower has little bit problem with water running out of it but these were minor problems.

We had been driving for over 7 hours and booked here last minute. An immediate response with all the information we required was very comforting to know before our arrival. The building and accomodation was immaculate, finished with good taste. Views from balcony overlooking the Chiemsee lake. Host was excellent and very attentive, thank you for the christmas beer. If in the area would certainly book again. Thank you

They were able to accommodate us on a very short notice which was very much appreciated. The house and room were very clean and well maintained. The view over some greenery and the Chiemsee was nice. The location was convenient.

We would have loved to eat in the Restaurant which has an amazing reputation but unfortunately it was closed that day so we drove to the next city for dinner which was also very nice.

Lovely small hotel with views of lake from breakfast area. They have key boxes which was really great as we were stuck in traffic and arrived late so being able to obtain the key easily was a bonus! Very friend owner would definitely stay again here next year.

the breakfast was great and the design of the room and the property is very cool

the toilet seat was moving and the bathroom is quite small but was clean. Also the soundproofing is very weak, you can hear all your neigbors

The place was super clean and comfortable, quiet and spacious. The staff were super friendly and communication was easy, we even got some recommendations of where to eat one of the nights that the restaurant wasn't open, and were able to know also how to move around with the local transportation through an app thanks to a recommendation from the staff as well. The breakfast was excellent and abundant, well worth the price.

We arrived with our bikes, so it was a hard climb, and moving around without a car might be a bit difficult, but if you are able to use the local services it's not really a problem.

We only stopped here for a break while having a long drive. The place is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the host was exceptionally nice and friendly.

Do you know the feeling when you sit on the balcony overlooking a beautiful lake, and you feel instantly relaxed? That's what this place provided. Everything that possibly could be wished for in this price range, I wish we could've stayed longer!

Lovely hotel, really lovely hosts and incredibly food! The best breakfast we have ever had! Absolutely delicious, amazing flavours and incredibly innovative. Hosts were very happy to create beautiful vegan alternatives for everything on the menu. We can’t wait to return next time we are in the area. Thank you so much 😊

The view is amazing, coffee in the room is a big plus. Close location to main road if you are stoppingby on your way.

The bathroom needs small technical attention and maintenance.
