Loved having the apartment - very roomy and everything you need in the kitchen too. The private outside terrace was great to have. The breakfast was wonderful. We loved talking to Risa and her daughter Carlotta ( I think ) .. this was a great place to stay, very quiet and in a cute little village. We found several Camino walk signs there too.

Simple but clean. Nice location right beside the church. A private playground for kids or dogs. A public open-air swimming pool/lake next to the hotel about 10 mins walking distance. (Dog is not allowed near/in the pool) Bonus: dog is welcome in the hotel and their wiener schnitzel is delicious.

Friendly host, room was clean. The only guest house that supplied kettle and tea. Had a mini-fridge as well. Plenty of private parking space available next to the property which is very convenient. Another cool thing - they charge the room rate directly from booking, so checkout experience is super quick.

No shower gel or soap which was slightly disappointing so bring your own supplies.

The local restaurant was not working, and it was informed only the same day not early, the other working restaurant only 12 km away.

Very friendly owners, lovely place in traditional Bavarian style. Beautiful surroundings. Just didn’t enjoy the food in restaurant - too salty and expensive for this kind of food, but beer was great!

We loved the location of the Gasthof zur Post. It really is idyllic and exactly how you expect it to be. Its very traditional but had everything that we needed for our short stay. We were travelling back from Italy to north Germany and it was the perfect spot to break our journey. We would definitely stop here again. The food in the restaurant was good and we can recommend the home made cakes. The breakfast was also good.
