Excellent location, just a short walk from the main train station. The room was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was decent, though the selection was somewhat limited. Would recommend it.

The room was hot, with no option for cooling - only heating. We tried to open the window for ventilation, but it only opened one way. Unfortunately, the room faced the street and was quite noisy due to traffic, so we had to keep the window closed. The room itself was a bit small for two people but still manageable. The service at both check-in and check-out could have been more attentive - on both occasions, the receptionist asked us to wait which wasn’t quite the welcome or send-off we were hoping for.

Nothing to say specifically. All is pretty good as expected. Everything as per photos. Ok to stay for a night or two. Breakfast is good enough

In our room the bathroom door handle was broken

New and clean! It's comfortable and all with amenities that meet your expectation. It is rare in Europe to get a 3-starred hotel of international standard, though the European small hotels are charming. This Holiday Inn gives you comfort and simple style that makes all senses. The breakfast is great and the staff at the cafeteria were very kind.

Our first room's lighting system was out of order, we could not turn the light on. After reporting to the staff, she came and gave us a key to the new room. The way the staff handled it was not professional - she complained that she knew this before and told 'them' many times, they never fixed it! Well, as a guest, should I know all this?

Clean, modern and comfortable room. Generous breakfast. Good value for the area. Would stay again for the price. Close to train station linking most of Bavaria.

The hotel felt a little understaffed and reception got very busy. Staff were very helpful but hard to catch at busy times. Lovely bar area but staff are shared with reception and are rarely available for service. TV pairing function did not work so only terrestrial service available that had lots of channels but few in English. Would benefit from a restaurant for lunch and evenings.

+ Everything was very clean, + nice staff, + stylish design, + the hotel has a well equipped fitness room (although it is small, at 6:30 AM there was only me and another person, so it was ok. In summer one can use the adjacent roof terrace as well), + there are 2 EV chargers next to the hotel, + there is a secured parking garage next to the hotel, + the breakfast was nice though it could have had more options

- one has to pay additional fee for the parking garage; - there were non-EV cars parked in front of the hotel EV chargers blocking them the whole time of our stay; - the breakfast could have had more options.

The room was a bit small for 3 people. For 2 people it would've been more than sufficient for a night. Breakfast was good and paper bags are available to bring a little lunch on the road. Would've been nice if more tables were available though for breakfast. Distance to the highway is just 5 - 10 minutes, so it's perfectly situated. The restaurants in Rosenheim are just a 10 minutes walk as well and there's plenty of choice varying anyhere between traditional German and Thai.

the breakfast was great, and we loved the option to take it with you. Friendly helpful staff, everything very clean and as it should be. Nice and close to the station so we could catch the train.

the rooms are small but fine. Not that close to restaurants and they don't do dinner. The 10-15 min walk in the dark in a strange city looking for somewhere to eat was the only thing we didn't really like. But we found a nice place to eat (Tante Paula)

Second time around in the hotel so no surprises. Overall all good for the expectations. Conviniently less than 10 min from the train station and 10 min to the city center.

the inconsistency of the house keeping and sometimes lack of common sence. So, it was over 30°C, very hot days and some days the house keeping would open the window and leave it so the whole day. It would be increadbly hot in the room when i came back! Luckly the air con worked well but it is rather wastfull and completly unecessary. Due to the heat i also removed the duvet cover to be able to sleep with something light. But the same house keeping that would leave the window open would also put the cover back to the duvet. Other days, someone more sensible would leave the window close and the duvet cover out. It is a mildly anoying experince but save energy guys! I also found 2 hairs on my sheets.

Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Room was exceptionally clean and bed was very comfortable. Hotel is quiet and rooms are large. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was very easy and very close. The hotel is very convenient to the downtown area and we walked to the Christmas market. Lovely and safe town.

Everything was perfect.

The room was big with lots of space to drop our luggage. It gave our baby daughter a nice area to crawl around and explore. The bathroom and shower was also very roomy allowing you to move around easily.

The door leading to the stairs banged the whole day/night, which caused a lot of noise. The real issue is every time the door banged the bed vibrated, which you could feel as you were trying to sleep.
