The single rooms always feel a little bit too warm. Yes, there is an air conditioning unit but that is not so good to run during the night. Yes, there is a window that can be opened but the single rooms are on the road facing side of the hotel and are therefore susceptible to outside noise. Breakfast is available as an optional extra for 18 EUR (May 2025 prices). Now whilst there is a pretty good selection of hot and cold dishes, the quality of the food is mediocre. It feels slightly over-priced.

The communication with the staff was OK although I booked my room the very last minute prior to my arrival. The parking was outside the hotel and easy to access. Centrally located.

Friday night , early October at around 22:00 the very center of the city was empty. All cafés, restaurants and snack bars were closed. That was disappointing, could not find something not only to spend a few hours out but also to eat, at least centrally in the town...

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was! It was a last minute booking, but upon arrival the receptionist already was expecting us , meaning he knew who we are and the check in took about 2 minutes. There was some printing problem with the receipt on check out, but the lady at the reception suggester to sent it by email, so we didn't have to wait .The parking is right by the hotel and really easy to access. Our room had a beautiful view towards a very nice park with mature trees, very green. Between the building and the park the hotel has a nice patio with gazebos too. The room itself was clean and had all the necessities. The old town is only about 200 m. away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in a very close proximity .

Staff at the reception was exceptional and very professional and welcoming. Free parking on site was also a big plus since it was directly in the city center and pedestrian area and only a 5 minute drive away from the train station. Beds were really comfortable. Fridge in the room was nice. Shoe cleaning machine on the first floor. Elevator nice with luggage.

A coffee/tea maker and a kettle in the room would be a big plus.

Apart from the room temperature, everything was great. Very helpful staff, clean rooms, good value for money, very central but quiet, excellent breakfast buffet.

The rooms were very hot (beginning of Mai) even with the window open, so we were fortunate to have some rain at night, to cool the room down a bit). So we recommend using the air-con.

Stayed 2 nights when visiting Munich. 10 min walk from train station, facilities nice/clean, adequate space, front desk staff pleasant and helpful. Private bathroom and shower ok, didn't buy breakfast but looked popular with other guests. Originally chose this hotel/location for price compared to Munich and when planning to also visit Schloss Herrenchiemsee (had to cancel that... ran out of time).

Not about the hotel itself but... on arrival late evening (11 pm due to train delays earlier that day), driver revving car engine and racing the car along street where we were walking to the hotel from the train station was not a good first impression of the area. Also note that trains to Rosenheim are at a far platform at Munich HBF... had to walk fast and fairly far to make connections a couple of times.

The hotel has a central location and is within walking distance from the railway station and the bus station. A car park is available. The single room is well equipped and immaculately clean.

The room, even in early spring and with the heating turned off, feels a little bit too warm for my liking.

How to get to the underground parking. And it seems it has happened numerous times that guests end up in the incorrect one - why is the property not changing the sign, or staff not coming out to rectify the situation when they see the guests confusion??? Very odd!

Good quality hotel located in the town centre and within walking distance of the railway station. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpfully recommended places to eat and visit in the pedestrianised town centre. Well appointed comfortable room with clean bedding and towels. Large television with international channels.

There was nothing I didn't like.
