Everything was perfect for our needs - from location to facilities. On top of that excellent customer service, considering it was a last minute booking and we arrived very late - we were impressed that our key was left on the reception desk to help us with check in. The room was perfectly clean, spacious enough for two people. Location very convenient, very close to the motorway. Additional benefit was the parking garage. Definitely a hotel to remember if we ever need accommodation in the area. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other travellers.

A beautifully designed hotel with stylish rooms and a great atmosphere. Very modern with all the amenities that are needed. Very easy self check-in when we arrived late at night. Very convenient underground parking. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom very modern.

The staff was very low in energy and motivation. Breakfast was ok but really nothing special. In such a stylish environment we were surprised to find such a below average breakfast. The cleanliness wasn’t perfect, there was hair in the shower and dust on the bathroom ventilation.

Easy to find, super close by the high way. Clean and modern room, everything works well in the bathroom, enough plugs for charging and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast with fresh breads, fruits, and cereal options. Standard German.

Location is in a more industrial area, so it feels a bit weird driving up there alone in the dark / night. Didn't seem very well secured, I could walk in just like that and my card was waiting for me at the reception without anyone being present. Basically anyone could have walked in and taken my card.. Breakfast might have some extras such as pastries or actual juice (not the one from the machine).

Great overnight stay on our way into our ski vacation. I was surprised to see the hotel was rated with less than 8, as we were very satisfied. We needed a clean bead and a warm shower and it certainly fulfilled its duty. Moreover, we recommend the Dinzler Cafe which is very close to the hotel, for breakfast or lunch. We were too late for the hotel breakfast, so had to find an alternative. The many charging stations at the hotel are a big plus for E-vehicles, like ours. It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We enjoyed our stay and have put it in the list for future visits.

Been there on several occasions, it's very accessible, modern and calm. The restaurant there is very convenient.

The kitchen is empty, you can pick up glasses, dishes and utensils from the counter, But if you just want a glass of water, you don't go down, to pick one up. Instead, you take one of the plastic cups provided, but this causes waste and also they have a plastic taste to them which makes the water taste bad ... I would recommend to at least keep glasses in the kitchen.

Another hotel very close to main roads, so convenient for a quick stay over one night. The area is relatively industrial and because the restaurant was closed meant having to find alternative food. Room was relatively cramped but comfortable and well equipped.

It was very disappointing that the restaurant was closed on a Sunday evening - given all the top quality pictures of food seemingly available when it is open. It meant having to find alternatives locally which after a long journey wasn't the best.

Very good accessibility from the Highway, Helpful staff, Clean and quiet room. I think it is a great hotel to stay in if you plan to move around with your own car (no problem with parking around the hotel or in the underground garage)

Without a car, there were not so many options to get to Rosenheim city center (I stayed during Munich's Octoberfest), but it is not the hotel's fault.

Nice sized room with good shower. The restaurant has reasonable food for reasonable price. The rooftop bar is nice to cool down after a long day in the car. Breakfast was also reasonable

The welcome, or almost unwelcome. The guy at the reception was cranky and just pointed to a set of card keys that were on the desk. You had almost the feeling you did something wrong and had to get out. Luckily the staff in the restaurant and bar were much nicer.

The hotel is modern and has a restaurant and a bar. It's in a business next to the highway exit.

I booked a room with a kitchen corner, and it really had a dishwasher, a fridge and two heating plates ... And one bowl. There was a single bowl there, no plates, no pot, no pan, no cutlery, and of course no basics like some oil, salt and pepper, nothing ... I was only lucky not to plan on cooking because this would have been a rather frustrating experience. When I book a room with a kitchen, I expect the kitchen in a condition to be usable, this includes the basic cooking wares like dishes, cutlery, a pot, a pan, maybe a strainer etc. Also, I don't know if the floor was valued recently, but if it was, I highly recommend cleaning it wet, because though no obvious dirt was visible, my feet did accumulate quite some dirt from the floor.

Excellent room, hotel was very easy to find it was also very convenient to get to from the motorway. Breakfast had a fantastic choice
