Great location and lots to do for a family with kids! Indoor and outdoor playgrounds, swimming, great gym, hiking trails just outside of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean.

For the price the food was okay but nothing noteworthy. Little choice of fresh fruit, salad bar was limited and had the same offers every day. Kids loved it though! The water in the pool area was quite cold for little kids.

The mattress quality in my room presented a minor setback. It was noticeably soft, which, although might suit some guests, didn't provide the firm support I prefer for a restful night's sleep. Future guests who favor a harder mattress might want to bear this aspect in mind when booking.

Absolutely perfect accommodation for families with children. Very clean. Staff very kind and friendly. Amazing kids club with professional care - kids loved it. Beautiful spa, excellent massage and great water world for the kids. Very tasty cuisine with good quality food. Thank you for a lovely stay and fully recommend.

Only one receptionist available leading to long waiting time during check-in in and check-out, the reception was also found many times not occupied so that questions could not be answered leading again to long waiting time The Christmas special dinner was below the expectations in term of quality and available choices.

We were impressed how everything was adapted for families with small children. Restaurant offer, facilities, kids size bathrobes (so adorable), swimming pool, playgrounds, kids club - it really makes parents life and vacation so much easier. We all really enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back.

The beds - they are too soft and staying for more then a couple off nights can really show on your back.

Outstanding place. We loved the accommodations, the infrastructures (all new and perfectly clean working) the restaurant from Breakfast to Diner, the internal and internal pools and swimming pools, the kids club, the superb atmosphere, all was really well above expectations for an incredible ratio quality/price. Hotel made for families, for the well being of kids and parents. We recommend without any hesitation at all.

Everything was fine. Comfortable beds, warm room, 4 meals a day, different kids zones, fitness room, enough warm outside pools, friendly staff.

Double room was a single room with additional walls inside which separate some area from the main room. We expected a real separated room for kids.

The hotel is just superb: Located in a cozy village in the South of Germany with lots of places to hike around. Welcoming and friendly staff. Broad selection at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Excellent facilities for kids and for sports. The hotel itself is new and stylish.

Poor WiFi signal, although it's kind of an advantage if you want to get away for the weekend and disconnect :)
