I had to make an urgent meeting and I chose this hotel to stay. From the first moment I walked in, the staff took great care of me and did their best to have a comfortable conversation. Doesn't have a charging station for electric cars.

Everything is so above my expectations, it has become a hotel that impresses me enought to have me write a very detailed article. First of all, the taste and variety in the dishes is enormous, as if they have brought together gourmet restaurants of all kinds of cuisines. In addition, thanks to the service personnel, you can receive service in a fast and hygienic way.

Location was good for attending a family wedding. Village was lovely but not a lot was opened. Breakfast was good, and also food at the restaurant.

Not hotels fault but there was a noisy group of ladies that came back late at night and then continued making noise.

The restaurant food was great and we could hear and see the stream from our windows balcony.

The breakfast ran out of various items at 9 am when it was supposed to go until 10 am.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Staff at reception were very friendly. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Dinner was excellent.

I was informed that the hotel was open for dinner in the evening. Which was great. However, I was not informed that I should book it. This resulted in having to wait for a seat. In the end I had to share with another person in a remote corner beside the bins! Visitors should be informed that booking was necessary. Having said that, the food was great!

Very good comfortable rooms. Great breakfasts and close to the beautiful lake and mountains. Although a big hotel it was very nice and quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Clearly a favourite place for hikers and summer water-lovers and also a great stop-over spot along the German Alpine Road.

The hotel was advertised as being in Schliersee but it was actually 10km away in a far smaller town on another lake. Very beautiful but not what we expected.

Grest staff, clean, flexibility to keep our luggage after checkout, ski bus stop within 100m, breakfast ok. Overall very much what we expected and paid

Reception desk was at times without anyone, at times breakfast room run out bread (after asking this was fixed immediately)

Great location, laid back staff, delicious restaurant menu, good parking available, nice breakfast included. Bed and pillow were comfortable and bathroom was very clean.

A lovely clean hotel in a great location near the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful with a good choice at breakfast.

Very nice restaurant staff, superb location. Our room was right above the restaurant with a nice lake view, everything was fine

The only thing they could improve is make the breakfast less wasteful - they still have butter and jam in disposable packets and bins on the table. These days, we can all do better!
