So easy to locate and park. Easy walking distance to other restaurants. Clean, extremely comfortable and well presented. Nice breakfast.

The bathroom was rather strange! I particularly wanted a bath (as opposed to just a shower cubicle) and we were duly given a Bath. However you have to be a contortionist to turn taps on in bath around the shower screen! 🤣 The Wash Hand Basin was very modern and aesthetically pleasing to look at ….. but call us old fashioned, it was useless as there was no plug! (If there was a plug it was so well disguised we couldn’t find it!) Small complaint for an otherwise exceptional stay for a very reasonable price.

It’s a convenient location and the rooms are comfortable. It has a lift which makes it easier to access the bedrooms.

Breakfasts should have been good, but maybe we just arrived at the wrong time each morning. The display of meats and cheeses were sadly depleted when we arrived at 08:30am and there was a lack of jams and fresh fruits too. Also the restaurant/bar closure on Mondays (whilst it’s well advertised and obviously necessary), is a nuisance, especially if it’s raining as there’s nowhere for residents to sit and have a drink or have a snack lunch/dinner. The excellent key members of staff (in reception and at breakfast) are definitely the lynchpins of the hotel, but when they have a day off ….. it’s very noticeable.

Der freundliche Empfang am ersten Tag. Frühstück war absolut spitze. Room cleaning and tidying was excellent.

We booked for an evening meal on a "Feiertag" when all the Schliersee locals were attending a theatre production. We definitely felt like second-class citizens that evening and were surprised at how the waitress served us. the rest of our stay was very enjoyable, however. in future I would try to avoid eating in the restaurant when there is theatrical production, as I think the staff were overrun.

We regularly visit Terofal hotel and are always super happy with everything. Of course the decor is a bit outdated but still it somehow fits into the environment. Location could not be better, service is super friendly and the breakfast is just outstanding.

It really immersed you in the Bavarian culture, which we loved! Friendly staff, yummy breakfast, and cute design.

The bed was hard and there was only 1 pillow, the second one was a tiny square that flattened with any pressure. So not our best sleep!

A fantastic hotel, just a five minute walk to the lake (left or right!) and to which I will return in the near future. The staff were fantastic, and it was a pity I stayed only one night. The evening meal was superb, the breakfast abundant. The room was of a very good size with a balcony and a large led TV with many German stations. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very usable. A welcome bottle of fizzy water was waiting for us in the room. Good Internet.

Very great surprise for this hotel, it is very beautiful outside and quite typical inside with all comfort.. Our 4 people room was really big and with a very nice view. Restaurant was also very good with reasonable prices.

The room windows were small so we cannot enjoy the really great view. The curtains should be more efficient to let you have a morning rest. Boiler is missing in the room( I like my tea before the night)

room was quite clean. Nice that it had a bathtub, and not just a stall shower. Ladies who ran the breakfast seemed interested in pleasing you and assuring you had a great experience

Wooden cabinet in room had squeaky door s that wouldn't stay shut,, and sound insulation was lacking

Great location, easy check in, huge room and bathroom, great fast wifi, staff could speak English, restaurant downstairs and free breakfast!

We were at the front of the property on level 1 And the restaurant was quite loud and the curtains didn’t close fully so light from the lights associated with the restaurant shone through all night.
