The hotel is very smartly presented but difficult to navigate. There are corridors in all directions. Some rooms have a lift but other rooms don’t. Very confusing layout.

Beware the “ mountain view” rooms are actually road view or car park view !! We paid a lot extra to upgrade to a lake view room with balcony but most other guests were smoking all the time so we couldn’t use it. Sadly not what we were hoping for.

The dog-friendly lake in front of the hotel is amazing: clean and easy to reach. Most welcomed facility was the dog shower in the garage, our dogs loved it very much and the extra blankets and bowls for them in the room were the "cherry on top". Also we loved that the restaurant had option for family traveling with pets. There is a special room where one can dine with their dogs without disturbing others.

For a trip with two medium hight dogs, the room was a bit small, we didn't have much space to move but the room's balcony helped with that shortage.

- convenient location directly located at the lake - staff was very friendly and attentive - nice and very clean room - breakfast buffet with wide offer and various options

- floor of walk-in shower was completely even without any incline, thus water was running out and whole bathroom floor got wet. - value for the money could be better

The location is nice on the lake. The breakfast was really good.

When I arrived at the hotel they wanted to give me a lower room at same price and when I said why they offered to make a 20 euro discount from 300 euro claiming is booking fault. I was very dissapoined about the approach especially that I went there from Munich and it was only to sleep. When I said that I will solve it out with booking because I don`t find it fair the price suddenly they said they can give me an apartment.

Sometimes too full, especially the spa. Sound isolation should be improved, especially from the corridors you can unfortunately hear everything

Perfect location for hikes and exploring. Anything you can think of is available at breakfast. Spa and pool very relaxing and mainly quiet. Great food and drinks available at the Bar and restaurants. Hotel lawn has easy access to the lake. All staff very polite and helpful especially the receptionists.

no parking was available onsite, check in wasn’t 100% smooth (long wait, key to room in seperate building didn’t work so we had to trek back and line up again to get it resolved) but overall a great stay

Where to start… fabulous location and welcoming staff. Super kids friendly with a proper pool and amazing playroom.

SPA treatments were not available during our stay.

Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is suberb.. The view of the lake is stunning.

Public transport only works until 5pm. after that only taxis. Hairdryer is very old style.

Location, cleanliness, the staff in the spa were incredibly helpful.

Booked the restaurant beside the hotel, but affiliated to the hotel. Atmosphere wasn’t great and neither was the food.
