very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful historic building, fully renovated inside, quiet, nice, and big rooms, big closet, big bath room, ground floor rooms appear to be barrier-free, ample free parking space, conveniently located within walking distance of all important locations in Oberaudorf, lots of restaurants nearby

if you travel to Oberaudorf on the highway then you have an increased risk of traffic jams, crossing the village road in front of the hotel can sometimes be difficult, some guests seemed to struggle with the keys lock box (I didn't)

We used the hotel as a stop for 1 night on the longer road trip; we have checked in after opening hours and they provided very easy self check in with very clear instructions; the rooms were big, comfortable and clean ; good value for money

The location next to the Austrian border was fenomonal on my way to Italy from Scandinavia. Good free parking, and the room was spacious and very clean. I didnt need much and I liked the check-in is a code for a key box so I didnt have to talk to anybody after a long warm drive.

I really needed a bin for garbage instead of just leaving it on the desk. I also find it oddly old fashioned only to have a single bed (90x200) even if it was a single room I have ordered. A sign with the hotel name on the main entrance door would also be nice when arriving first time and the sign on the parking lot said that every car not belonging to guests at the hotel would be toad. But how did they know whos car is belonging to the guests if it is not possible to register the lisence plate?

Impossible to sleep, you can hear cars passing by all the time!
