We were in the Studio Apt. #7, wonderful panorama on the mountain, very very quiet. The apartment was nice and cozy, the kitchen wall was full with everything incl. coffee maker (included capsules), toaster, electric kettle and fridge with a freezing compartment. The apt. is also 5 min away from a supermarket and 10 min. away from Kufstein.

Mosquitoes and moths unfortunately can enter the room easily as there is no net covering the balcony door. We saw that there was no air conditioning (but we didn't needed it as it was nice and cool in the night - in May).

Apartment is really spacious with big private terrace with nice mountain view. Kitchen is well equipped and everything was super clean. Visitor's card was included in price of the stay which gives you free bus to Kufstein, Kaiserlift chairlift to beautiful mountain views (free instead of 19€ per person) and Kufstein Fortress admission (free instead of 14€ per person).

You need to wait for some time for warm water in shower.

Reception speaks english and she is very kind She explained to us everything at our arrival She gave as a card for free entrance in the castle, horses etc Also the card was used for the bus there is a bus station near the appartments there is a restaurant near the appartments

We had several towels but they haven’t changed them despite the fact tha we stayed there for 7 days The appartments are 10minutes from the centre and there is a bus every 1hour aprox Also if you want to stay in the centre after 19:30 then you must take a taxi because the last bus is at 19:30

Very well-equipped kitchen and friendly staff. You can easily reach the ski resort SkiWelt by car (it takes around 30-40 minutes, depending on the traffic).

Maybe more space to dry wet clothes or ski boots would be nice, but everything was fine.

Great location, attentive staff, very clean. Though we had an en suite room only there were basic cooking facilities on the level we were on also.

Pension Apartment Hödner is located right at the main regional road, at the outskirts of a lovely tyrolean village Ebbs, in the Inn river valley. The owners are very welcoming, easygoing and helpful. The rooms are cosy, tidy and well equipped, with very comfortable beds. There is a small kitchen available for the guests, where you can prepare meals. The best thing however, is the view - the Zahmer Kaiser mountain!

It was a little loud at night from the nearby street.

Very large apartment, with exceptional cleanliness. Beautiful views around. Easy check-in system. A kitchen equipped with anything one might need.

A washing machine would really be useful. But the rest is excellent.
