This was a lovely hotel in Kufstein. The staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to provide information etc. The mattress was so comfy that we are going to write to the hotel to ask them where they got it. It is smack dab in the centre of Kufstein.

The only thing is that the wifi didn't reach our room (it is an old building with thick walls).

Central location below fortress, quiet and comfortable. Interior newly redone, very tasteful.

It faintly smelled of smoke, probably smoking room below my window. Unfortunately, they were so shortstaffed that the reception could only open at 6 PM on this Sunday. There was a notice at the door, but he digital information about the key safe would’ve been helpful.

Great location, just 5 minutes from the Bahnhof. Room was very spacious and clean. There was a Smart TV, so could watch Netflix or Amazon. Shower was excellent and the Breakfast plentiful.

We had a drink in the Hotel restaurant in the evening and the girl who was working was not very polite, seemed like anything was too much for her.

Beautiful Hotel in a great location near old town, with friendly helpful staff. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with good size bathroom. Nice large TV and good internet. Breakfast was a nice buffet selection and very tasty. Overall an excellent experience.

Heating was very noisy in the middle of the night with the sound of water running through the pipes. But problem solved by turning heating off!

Room was cozy with comfy double bed and another bed for a third person. Breakfast was very nice with fresh pastries. The location right in the middle of town made for a great start and end of the day.

The bathroom was okay, but the showerhead could not be adjusted to fit a person 180cm tall -- the hose was just not long enough. This made for an awkward attempt to wash hair… We asked to extend our stay by one more day but despite what the website said they didn't have a room available.

On our way to Italy we choose to spend the night in Kufstein, in the hotel that was recommended by friends. We expected an 'old fashioned' typical Austrian hotelroom, but it was very modern and comfortable. The restaurant offered a good menu, and the local beer was delicious. From our room we had a nice view around, and we hardly noticed the traffic. Also the parking possibility was well organized: a big parking garage on a short walking distance from the hotel. The ticket was charged by the hotel, when we checked out.

To get a drink or snack after the bar was closed, there was a machine which didn't function quite well; or we misunderstood the 'manual'... It took our money without supplying the desired drink, but a member of the hotel helped us out.

We got upgraded to a nice room on the 3rd floor with nice views of the fortress.. The room was Basic but comfortable. There was a refrigerator and kettle to boil water. The bathroom was a good size . The restaurant associated with the hotel was amazing 👏🏽! Loved the food, and special shout out to Annalisa who was very sweet and took good care of us.

Could have included more towels

The Room was unexpected spacious and very modern, considering the old worldly traditionally look of the outside of the hotel. The location was very good, looked straight towards castle from the window. Took only 3 minutes to center of town.

Because of the situation in middle of town a little loud during day and also night.

The WiFi signal, which was a secured LAN (just one of my latest three hotels) so points for that, was not accessible in my room at all. Essentially I had no WiFi in the room : ( Also, no shower curtain

The breakfast was great - simple and great quality. The sweet croissants were amazing. Very comfy environment, great service. Location, quality, and service is all great. No doubts on recommending it.

We booked the suite and was great, except that there was an extra room used as storage. We certainly closed and locked the door of this small extra room, but would be best to have an extra bed in there, or alike.
