I really enjoyed my stay here. Fantastic location right in the centre of town. The guy at the front desk was a really nice and helpful lad. Sorted me out with a travel pass which meant I could visit the Fortress for free (highly recommended) My room was ready when I arrived, so I was even able to check in early. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely fantastic, probably the best I've come across on my travels in Austria. All in all, this is a brilliantly run hotel, and it is excellent value for money

The hotel was very central, easy access to public transport and sights within the town. I stayed at the hotel before going on a 5-day hike and they were happy to hold my suitcase for the duration which was appreciated. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was lovely.

It was hot during my visit. As with most hotels I stayed in on this trip, provision of a fan in the rooms would be great as opening a window is not always enough.

The best staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful. We were upgraded when an issue with first room. Free passes provided for the castle. Helped us get a taxi. Even gave us cookies and candy! Very comfortable bed, large room with a desk.

The internet was a bit slow if you need to work. No air conditioning can be an issue on a humid day - but the front desk lent us their fan - amazingly generous. 🙂

Conveniently located close to the train station and to the town center. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, and also a Turkish Cafe with great pastries. Staff were very friendly. Stored our small carry-on while we were away on a few days hike - this was a big help. Breakfast was nice, had everything we wished for. Room was surprisingly big.

Our room overlooked the street and passing cars made noise on the cobble stone street. But it didn't really bother us.

Excellent hotel close to Kufstein city centre with many shops and restaurants in close proximity. Modern spacious rooms with separate balcony. Good breakfast but without egg station which would be expected. Helpful staff for any kind of requests.

On very hot days the absence of an aircon system is a certain minus as it's very difficult to sleep at night as rooms are getting hot and sticky No coffee/tea making facilities in the room

The location was perfect. Right in the center of Kufstein. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great. Delicious food!!

The beds were squeaking. Every time you turned it made an awful noise. Breakfast was ok. I also didn't like that there were only 2 parking spots right next to the hotel and no where to stop and unload our luggage . The garage was near by but hauling 3 suite cases through the city was not fun.

Excellent variety for breakfast. Good value for money. Well organised. English breakfast tea and boiling water! Very comfortable bed. Bathroom facilities good.

Not being able to relax in a lounge in the hotel and have a drink there....rather than the restaurant next door (even though it was really comfortable with great service)

Excellent location close to fortress where we were attending a wedding. Clean, large room and excellent, helpful reception and breakfast staff who went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable.

Unfortunately the whole place was let down by a very rude, unhelpful, abrupt female serving in bar/restaurant. Have never been spoken to so rudely as a paying hotel guest. Because of this we will not return. She upset a very special visit for us which left a sour taste.

I rarely leave reviews but this stay definitely deserved it! From the minute I arrived the team were so friendly and the room I got was way better than I thought. I arrived by bike and they had a great secure room just beside reception. Best of all, I left leaving my bathroom bag behind… they phoned me later that day to say they found it and that they would post it on to me 😁👏👏 i got it next day. Great team and excellent service. Thank you 👏👏

Very friendly and helpful staff! Nice big room (we had a family room) with balcony. Comfortable bed. Location was great (small town so everything is close). Quiet even with the door to the balcony open during the night. Nice breakfast buffet.
