We got an upgraded room since the room we originally booked was full. The room is nice & spacious. The receptionist is kind & helpful. He gave us 2 tickets for Kufstein fortress & chairlift for free. The location of the hotel is so nice, in between 2 cities (not in a city), where you can see hills everywhere. Nice view in the morning. In the evening you'll see nothing but fog. But love it. This place is good if you travel by car.

We were 2 people but there was only 1 towel in the bathroom

The personnel is very competent, and friendly, the hotel itself is excellent in terms of service, design, and management. Breakfast was great and the whole stay was just very good.

The opening hours of the sauna - I prefer to go to the sauna just before sleeping, so it would have been open at least until 22:00 or even better till midnight this would be appreciated. My room had a big external wall and I think the heating (size of the heating bodies) was insufficient to heat it to a comfortable temperature. The eiderdown was too small for me (although I am not exceptionally tall) and there was a missing lamp to read in the bed. But all this I consider minor problems, and easy to resolve. I mention them just for the sake of feedback rather than a complaint.

Everything, we will come again! Historic hotel, having been tastefully modernized, offering absolutely everything one could possibly wish for. Modern rooms, very comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Much attention to detail, lovely table decorations. Located under the cliffs and with views of the River Inn. There is a separate room in the restaurant for the hotel guests, and this was full as was the main dining room. Nevertheless, service was very prompt and the dinner was nothing short of spectacular. Reservations for the restaurant are advisable. Fantastic breakfast was also included.

We had an excellent stay at the Hotel B&B Zur Schanz! The staff was very friendly, and even gave us an upgraded room because they had it available. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, and we would recommend it to anyone staying near Kufstein!

Good value for money, short driving distance from Kufstein where you have everything you need. The room was bigger in size than we usually find in hotels. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Just besides the hotel you can access the river and walk alongside to Kufstein, very nice walk. In addition there are several walking trails in a short distance

Nothing major. Old decor but rooms still well maintained. Nothing in short walking distance and vehicle is needed to reach city center. No blinds on window (or at least we did not find) and sunlight gets in in the morning.

Charming little hotel outside the town of Ebbs. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice including fresh fruit, cereals, bread, buns and cold cuts. They even have a station where you could squeeze your own orange juice. Lots of parking in front of the hotel. Shower was great with plenty of hot water and pressure.

We booked the cheapest room as we were only staying one night, and it was located under the eaves. There were only 2 small skylights so no views. The beds were old and not very comfortable. Everything else about the hotel was great though.

The staff were welcoming and showed us where to store our ebikes, where we could also charge them. The hotel is just off the cycle path, so it is very easy to access for cyclists. Breakfast was good too, and it set us up for the next day on the bikes.

Definitely the best hotel during our trip! Everything was perfect! So kind reception, the room was big and clean, and breakfast was delicious. We spend only two nights but if we can return we will go back to this place. The sauna is an extra added advantage. The bed was really comfortable! The view from the room was outstanding. The breakfast was so good, so nice, it was a lovely time eating breakfast in this place. The crew was so so nice, and helpful! I'll miss this place!!!

There was no electric kettle in the room, but as I discovered it is a standard for German and Austria's hotels.

Good restaurant, sauna and gym absolutely great, nice breakfast, welcoming personel.

Coffee machine was a bottle neck during breakfast. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room. The bathrobe would be very nice thing to get from the hotel because of the sauna access.

Super restaurant in an apple orchard, delicious food. Dedicated and caring staff. Stylish, spacious rooms.

The hotel is on a busy road and we had one of the few rooms facing towards it. If you book a room there, make sure to avoid this. It was very noisy all night long.
