We like the hotel as it is in winter and summer a very convenient and nice place. Half Board is good, and the bar very cosy

The super high cost for our dog! 45 Euros per night is the highest I ever paid in any hotel. I have no problem to pay an extra charge. But 45 Euros I find excessive.

Beautiful location, beautiful scenery, beautiful room (deluxe room) with spectacular view. Helpful and kind staff members (a bit too staged on the arrival, be more natural 😉) 🇦🇹🌞♥️ we have recommended your hotel and we will be back for sure 👍

See this as constructive feedback to be better on your execution. Only one staff member could help at the reception (long waiting time), while four young staff members did not have the training to help. Many guests were waiting at the elevator all the time, as only one elevator was working. The food on 1/2 pension was ok, but not 5 *****. Do less courses and be 5 ***** on the execution 👍

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious hotel nestled in the heart of the Alps, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning surroundings and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of elegance and comfort. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views of the alpine landscape. Every detail is meticulously curated to ensure a truly luxurious experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the exquisite golf course. It is impeccably maintained and offers a challenging yet enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels. The backdrop of the majestic Alps adds an unparalleled beauty to every round. The authentic spa and lounge area are equally impressive. The spa offers a range of treatments that are both relaxing and rejuvenating, with skilled therapists who truly know how to make you feel pampered. The lounge area is the perfect place to unwind, with plush seating and a cozy ambiance that invites you to linger. Evenings at the hotel are nothing short of enchanting, especially when accompanied by incredible live jazz performances. The music sets the perfect tone for a relaxing and enjoyable night, adding to the hotel's magical atmosphere. The staff at the hotel deserve special mention. Every member of the team is extremely nice and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that your stay is perfect. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail make you feel truly valued and cared for. Overall, this hotel offers an unforgettable experience that combines luxury, natural beauty, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in the Alps.

Where do I start? The food (we were half board) is spectacularly good - breakfast the best I’ve seen and dinners were remarkable - the very highest quality and variety. The hotel is huge (and a bit of a maze!) but the common parts - dining room, bar, pool and spa etc are very well laid out. The pool was wonderful and much enjoyed by my daughter and grandson, we all used the spa and treatments were of high quality and not as expensive as many 5 star hotels. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the porters and front desk did everything they could to help. My favourite barman went the extra mile and I can’t do enough to thank him!

Any comments shouldn’t detract from our enjoyment of the hotel but we had expected rooms with baths and apart from the suite there weren’t any - an important post skiing requirement! The lovely manager snatched victory out of the jaws of defeat and shuffled the rooms to give us a bath.

Loved the spa, which is brilliant. The free treatments daily were a lovely touch. Breakfast and dinner were good too. The staff in the restaurant were also particularly lovely!

For a 5* hotel, the beds and bedding were a real disappointment. We were in a double room and, yet, we had two single beds with single sheets and single duvets, cheap synthetic pillows, and the type of mattress I’d expect in a 2* motorway hotel. Breakfast was generally excellent but it would have been great to have at least one station that varied each day, rather than the same thing, each day we were there.

A-ROSA Kitzbühel is very nice hotel with beautiful surrounding! There is everything you need. We did bicycle trips in amazing mountains. When the weather was not OK we went to gym (the best equipment only), swimming pool and spa! It was so relaxing and just perfect. Breakfast and dinner - the best experience ever! Parking in garage is great even if hotel charges for it per night. Ski (bike) room is big and easy to access. The last day we have checked out in the morning and went for one more bike trip. We were allowed go to spa take a shower and get ready for way back. It is very nice benefit. Room and bathroom are comfortable.

Because of very hot days we would like to have air condition available. On the other hand we have opened window and breath fresh mountain air all the night. It is very silence place so we were ok with it.

Very beautiful property with magnificent view. The concept is like a caste, very impressive and solid. Excellent breakfast

Staff at the SPA were so uninvolved and snobbish. Half the saunas and hamam were off. Our room was at the most far end, very inconvenient to take two lifts and walk far to get to the room. Although half the hotel was empty. Room is small and dark.

Amazing property in a superb location. Our room was spacious and very clean and well equipped with everything you need - and we had a small balcony overlooking the golf course. Staff were amazing, buffet breakfast included is amazing and we enjoyed fab dinners with the Half board option. The pool, spa and fitness centre are very good and the lounge areas are really comfortable. We visited in Summer - I would love to see it in winter - covered in snow. Highly recommend.

Our rooms were quite comfortable, the breakfast was fabulous, the indoor pool was really nice, the shuttle was convenient, and the food at the main restaurant was good.

A few of the servers in the main restaurant in the evening were not very friendly. But maybe they were just tired. We enjoyed our meals anyway.
