Modern, comfortable hotel at a great location in the center of Kufstein, within walking distance of all attractions. Our room was spacious and sunny, the breakfast was nice. The staff was extremely helpful. When we inquired about visits to the Festung, we were issued a card that enabled us to visit the Festung at no charge. We were allowed to check out slightly late without charge.

A minor nit: When we arrived, we were told the public parking garage in the hotel building may not allow motorcycles. Since it was raining and there was nothing at the garage entrance indicating that motorcycles were not allowed, we used the garage anyway and all was fine. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if the hotel could clarify the policy regarding motorcycles.

location is less than 5 min walk from the train station, in a quiet but central location the room was bigger than I excepted we had to check in very late and they left easy to follow instructions so we could get in without the desk manager breakfast was varied and tasty.

The location is very central, with parking underground. The room had a nice view to the city center. Breakfast was diverse, including cheese, ham, cereals, coffee and really good and fresh bread. They also have a wine bar in the afternoon.

As we stayed for one week, we would have appreciate to have the room cleaned every other day and a wardrobe.

The hotel was in a fabulous location, the breakfast was great, lots of choice. The staff were really helpful & friendly. The bedroom very comfortable

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to accommodate a last minute change to our booking which was totally my own fault. Not only did she help us on that account, but she also went above and beyond in all other aspects of our stay and all that despite being short on staff due to illness. Massive thank you for this! Breakfast has a great selection and rooms are as advertised, very much recommend

Location was top notch and close walk to all the things you would want to visit in town. Room was large, comfortable and amazing to stay in for a few day.

Breakfast was a basic European breakfast with only bacon and eggs as a warm option. Bed seemed to move around while sleeping. Deskspace was limited for working.

Amazing sauna view. Summer card includided in price. Location is in city center and super easy reachable from train station.

There were some ants in bathroom, and itwas very hot in bathroom and quite hot in the room. Pillows could be better.

The hotel has an excellent location in the center of city. Staff of the hotel is very friendly. We have enjoyed comfortable room there and very good breakfast. Will definitely book it again in the future.

Location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Fridge in the room was very noisy. Bed pillows were the usual, too square and much too soft - it's a European thing and not unique to this hotel.

The view from the windows, right at the magnificent fortress, the breakfast, the little sauna. The design of the rooms is just cool but more importantly really comfortable.

The receptionist did not mention the wine fest when we asked for advice where to go for dinner.
