It’s well located, only 2 min walk from Rosenheim train station. The building had a lot of character as it’s been a hotel for over a century. Great soundproof to the corridor as room has 2 doors.

Somehow they thought it’d be a good idea to do works on other rooms very early in the morning. There was drilling and hammering from 7am??? Which woke me up. Very poor soundproof to neighbouring rooms, I could hear conversations from the next room.

Overall, it was a great hotel with an amazing history.

As soon as I asked for a possible late check out, the answer was that it cost money. When I wanted to check out, there was nobody at the reception. Everyone was at the breakfast place. It was written just: leave the key there. So there was no way to say goodbye... There is no air conditioning, and there were a lot of flies in the room.

Very cozy "old-school" hotel for the lower to middle budgets. Owners extremely nice and friendly. The house is not newly renovated, but everything is there and works. Good breakfast. Close to the train station, and in a shopping street that is quiet at night.

The beds are difficult for tall people.

I arrived at the hotel after a long flight and commuty but the receptionist was very kind and friendly.. The room vas big enough for a solo taveler. It was clean.

The must be renovated. The carpet on the floor wad stained, the tile in the bathroom was cracked and dented.

Super friendly staff!! Hotel centrally located and was pleasant. Breakfast had everything one needs to start the day and the coffee was good!

We had a room close to the steps and it was a bit loud when others came in. Otherwise we were pleased with the location.

Beautiful surprise when we drove to the quaint little town through the city walls.

Parking was a few hundred meters away and the stairs were steep to carry two heavy suitcases but OK if you travel light.

Stayed here on a cycling trip, and the hotel was super bike friendly, with a locked garage. Hotel was a great 19th century building with nicely updated rooms. Especially liked the tall ceilings and the location.

It was clean and serene. Just what i need for the night after a long day.

There weren't towels in my room, but i guess that was forgotten. No worries because immediately i pointed that out, it was fixed immediately.

We were on an overnight stop due to a train cancellation so its proximity to the station was helpful

Tea making facilities in the bedroom would have been nice

The location was good. It is close to the historic part of town.

The shower was only usable to briefly wet down and then rinse off after lathering up. It wasn’t really possible to take a a relaxing shower.
