A very cozy and comfortable stay. Easy to find, and had all amenities one might need. Due to the hotel being a non-contact hotel with no staff on site, an online check-in is in use. The check-in process was super simple and easy to use. Door codes worked on the first try. Some miner problems came up in the room (loose bolt on a night light as well as a light fixture in the bathroom with a burnt out light). Contacted the phone support, who was eager to take all the information regarding that matter to get it fixed ASAP. Absolutely loved that response. The wifi is fast and reliable. Perfect for if you have to work, take voice calls, or just want to stream some Netflix. The kitchen part of the room was clean and ready to be used. Plates, cups, pots, pans, cutlery, and knives are available on site. The fridge is bigger than your standard hotel fridge, even including a small freezer section. The bed was very comfortable. On the bed, a lavender spray was left to perfume pillows, which I think added a nice scent for a great sleeping experience. Thanks to the property itself being pretty much exactly in the city center, you'll find everything you need. A bus stop right around the corner, bakeries, grocery stores, Cafés and multiple restaurants are in walking distance. (2-5 minutes at most). Finding a parking spot was fine with a few parking spots right outside the building, All in all, I'd be happy to book a room again!

Due to the outside corridor having a hardwood floor, you'll hear guests walking up or down the corridor with heels or other hard shoes. Also, as a heads up, the wifi doesn't have a client isolation, meaning that the traffic inside the network could be tampered with by other malicious devices or third parties.

The location and cleanness of the apartment were great.

We left an umbrella in front of the door as it was wet. The corridor is locked by the code, so we didn't expect that someone can take it. But someone did! We wrote to the support of the lime home, but there were not so friendly and didn't try to solve our situation, but rather telling me that I lost the umbrella. No, it was stolen. Of course, I didn't expect that they will pay for it, but they didn't even consider that it was a heavy rain, my umbrella is stollen, and they didn't offer any kind of help in this case. I think they are partially responsible for it, as the umbrella was inside the corridor that is under the control of the property.

Clean, orderly and with all basic equipment, like towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel, and a kitchen with salt and pepper and kitchen paper.

Though it is actually very easy to find once to know where to look and the description how to get to your room was quite detailed, it took me some time to realise I'd parked my car right in fron of it. You could read the very visible sign over the entrance comming from left and right, but not when you're right in front of it. Also I was confused at first, that on the front door you had to enter the four digit code which you later use for your appartment as well, but have to use the eighth digit code on your appartment when you first enter it. The step by step instruction is, in principle, very good, but easy to misinterpret, once you skip a step (like when the front door is already open)

Check in was really easy, i like it that everything was automated and done online, so we didn't really have to wait. Room was great, kitchen was well equipped.

We booked 2 rooms under the same booking, but were given rooms on the far ends of the corridor. It would have been great if our rooms were closer together, but this was not a big deal.

I actually like the concept of doing all the check-in etc. Online ... Though it has to be said that, in order for this to be ok, the rest has to work properly ... Like, the room must be cleaned, everything has to work and be checked regularly. It's very clean (though could be better) and one is quite independent

Not all Appartments seem to be equipped with a Dishwasher... We had troubles with the initial code, that was a bit frustrating.

Modern, good facilities with adequate kitchen equipment and use of washing machine. Centrally located for cafes and restaurants, not too far from train station.

Issues with cleanliness on arrival, headboard has stain and sheets/bed had hairs on them. Reported this straight away and was rectified within half an hour. Quite close to busy main road so couldn’t leave window open at night. Needs a lick of paint.

Excellent location. Lift to the first floor apartment. Clean and well maintained. Well equipped kitchenette. The company staff were quite responsive and helpful on the phone.

The check in process is cumbersome with having to upload passport and self picture and fill in a check in form. Perhaps for booking.com clients this requirement could be done away with. Only paid parking is available 5 min walk away.

Handy and comfy, once you manage to get in.

Instructions are clear and the team is very proactive in providing them, but it can be tricky to follow if you are not tech-savvy or, as it was our case, arrive tired after a long day of work and travel. I would not recommend it to anyone or for just one night.

The apartment has everything and really incredible location on the same floor as 2 nice restaurants

Cable TV there is none and that during the European Championships was a pain also the HDMI was defected, Netflix has been deleted

Easy walk from the train station Property was immaculately clean, well equipped kitchen complete with cooking facilities, a fridge, kettle,and coffee machine. Washing machine and dryer in a separate laundry Remote check in was seemless and precise Cleaning staff we struck were so obliging
