Easy place to access if you travel by car, good parking, spacious and well-equipped apartment, uncomplicated check in/out. Contact with the owners very easy.

Poor cleaning, terrible bed, very worn mattresses, the bathroom smells of urine, the smell invades the entire room.

The apartment can easily be reached without a car by taking a bus from the central station of Rosenheim. There are still a lot of parking spots in the front of the building. There is a little place outside with tables and chairs, featuring a little bbq grill as well. Some furniture pieces in the room were pretty nice. Supermarkets and other stores including some restaurants can easily be reached by walking or bus. The kitchen is decently equipped and works for cooking simple dishes.

The apartment is located on a busy road, which leads to quite a lot of noise during the night. The host required me to sign a large letter with a lot of data about myself. I think this could easily be avoided. After a long journey, one wants to rest and not deal with paperwork. We had to pay an additional 20 euros that could have easily been included in the fee on the website already, which was meant for the towels and bed linens. The room's interior seemed absolutely mixed together without any sense of aesthetic. It serves its purpose, but it is not very pleasing. The mattresses are not very comfortable, especially for the bunk beds. I don't get how someone decides to put a kingsize bed and a bunk bed in one room though. It really features youth hostel vibes and hotel vibes in one room which seems a bit weird. The bathroom cannot be locked.

I had a room with window to garden.

The soap container in bathroom was empty. Washing machine is in hallway behind my door and running machine by other guests was noisy.

It was on the second level and no lift. There was no aircon and if we open the doors the traffic noise is terrible. We had a pedestal fan not very effective. So very uncomfortable in summer.

Host helped carry our bags. Large, spacious

Very limited parking and office is on opposite side of building, then have to walk back around to get in. Very busy street. Stayed in attic 3 floors up with no lift, no air conditioning, had to open windows, awakened to bugs all.over the bed. Had to walk a ways to find food on Very busy road.

Nothing special

The WLAN didn’t work. The room smelled of cigarettes, there was no tea nor coffee available. Upon arrival we found the doors locked and no one at the reception, the place looked like it was closed. We had to phone and the receptionist came at once, but we didn’t get the rooms we booked, however the replacement rooms were fine.
