Very good staff. Our room was fine. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. The terrain is flat and the walk is easy. The restaurant was closed when we were there but that was fine as there are plenty of restaurants in the town. After dinner we sat out in the hotel's garden. It was good.

Bathrooms were modern and the bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were so helpful with everything, holding our luggage for 2 weeks, booking taxis and airport transfers

The feet of the bed have no rubber pads so the be kept sliding in the floor. This meant that we could sit up in the bed as it would deluxe away from the wall. Secondly it would be nice to have coffee and tea facilities in the time so that one can have coffee in the morning before breakfast

Nice convenient location near a beautiful park and within a few minutes walk to the train station. Friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely stay here again.

hard mattress, very very small and light blanket and no duvet!! pillow with low filling did not give support resulted in no sleep

All my breakfasts were excellent. Only fresh food, a lot of healthy products. The wide selection of tea, coffee, fruit juices. Everything was great.

English speaking TV channels limited to just CNN and BBC World News. Restaurant closed on day of arrival - everybody needs a day off but needs to be made clear during booking process so alternative arrangements could have been made during travel. Alternative restaurant was available close to hotel.
