What beautiful location and setting! The hotel created many different seating places widely spread over the huge (!) garden, so one can choose to sit anywhere private or join the more crowded areas. There were also enough seats and beds to cover the guests at the outside pool on a very hot day. We had booked a family room with 2 bedrooms - which turned out to be really spacious and well decorated. Compliments to the kitchen as both dinner as the amazing breakfast were great. Staff was superfriendly hand helpfull.

Tip for improvement: Please make a better sign for cars that the reception CAN be reached by car. * For disabled people it is not clear there is parking avalability near to reception. Now, we had to walk too far when it was not needed.... and the dragging with luggage could heve been reduced. * I noticed that the disabled parking spaces that were at reception were not used by cars with disable badges. Please pay attention to this. * Please mention on the booking site on which floor a room is, and if it is available by lift or not. I might not be in a wheelchair, but have trouble walkng distances and taking the stairs to the second floor is really not fun ;-) And there are so many more people like myself.

The hotel buildings are in an attractive park with lots of trees. Our room (Haus 3) had a lovely private furnished terrace beside the park. The outdoor pool and area around it are beautiful. Bar for evening drinks. All the staff (reception, bar, at breakfast) are really friendly and the hotel has a great atmosphere. Breakfast is fantastic .

Reception and our room were both 250m from the carpark. Wasn't a problem for us, but could be for some. As the carpark is huge, it seems petty to charge 4€ per day for it. Also the bed in room 303 needs fixing/replacing - it creaked so much that it disturbed our sleep.

The feeling of relaxation inside this complex is incredible. The pleasant atmosphere in the area makes you not want to leave. Excellent breakfast and great staff. Everything is perfectly maintained, the cleanliness is impeccable, and a big plus is that they are very pet-friendly.

The single bed was not so comfortable, it is quite hard. The restaurant is closed on Sundays, but I knew that in advance. At the reception they said that you can eat pizza at the pool. However, that pizza is tiny and frozen. I gave up on that. After 9 hours of driving, it would be good to eat something where you stayed, without having to start the car again, drive about 10-15 minutes to the nearest restaurant.

The overall layout of the property is beautiful and perfect for those who prefer to stay in and enjoy the surroundings without going out too much. I always appreciate having an elevator when traveling with my family — unfortunately, that wasn’t available during my stay. However, the delicious breakfast made up for everything. It was a lovely meal with a great view, and the staff were genuinely wonderful.

Rooms are spacious and very clean, facilities are well taken care off. Staff was very friendly, breakfast plenty. Ease of check in (we arrived past midnight) was good and efficient.

Can't properly darken the room, curtains are too small to properly block any incoming light, so if you're light sensitive in your sleep (which is the case for me) you will wake up early...

Breakfast was extraordinary. The staff was extremely kind, polite and great with the children. Great, beautiful area with many things to explore. Bad Aibling nearby is a very nice city with many restaurants and shops

Missed a water boiler at the room and some tea or coffee. Missed fried eggs at the breakfast, but I guess that's for another level of hotel.

Bartender from Kolbermoor (Andreas?) and waiter from Croatia for our wonderful dinner were both great. We had initially planned to spend 2 nights and ended up spending 5 Great facility.

Lack of elevator on a 2nd floor room very distant from parking with no luggage carts for our 1st 2 nights, but they moved us to a better room.

The former military base has been converted into a very nice hotel and conference complex. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Rich and varied breakfast buffet. All good.

The construction workers at the nearby parking lot started work at 7 AM, so we were guaranteed to wake up :). But I think this is a temporary thing.

For breakfast there were a lot of options and the palm garden was very relaxing. The wellness area offered two types of saunas (steam and finnish, with 3 aromas for diy-"Aufgüsse"). The bathrobes were really comfortable. And the staff really nicely greeted us and explained to us how everything works with the wellness area.

Small detail, but there could have been some shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. But the bathroom was equipped with soap and a package with Q-tips, make-up removing pads, and the like. Superficially, they were wrapped in paper, but then again in plastic. Could be more sustainable.

Excellent breakfast. Everything rooms and public places were clean. The area was outstanding. The staff very helpful.

The rooms could use a painting or something like that to make it cosier. The beds were okay, but the pillows were very flat.
