Clean, easy and quick automatic checkin, the room's amenities were fine. Parking around is free all the week on the streets, where it's permitted. There's a great Italian cafe 5 mins walk away on Truderinger strasse to have breakfast at.

After 2 previous stays at this hotel this time we got a somewhat unusual room for some reason, prepared for disabled people in wheelchair. Because of this, a couple of things were uncomfortable (e.g. microwave oven placed below the kitchen countertop), but not terrible. What was disturbing though is that the A/C blew the cold air directly to the bed, unlike in the other rooms. Luckily, we did not need to use it, as the weather during night was bearable also w/o A/C.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying here! The studio was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and incredibly quiet, making it perfect for both relaxation and remote work. The studio facilities were modern and thoughtfully arranged, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the biggest perks was the supermarket conveniently located downstairs—a huge time-saver and perfect for grabbing essentials or snacks anytime. The private parking was another major plus, especially in a busy area. It made coming and going stress-free. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped stay with great amenities right at your doorstep!

The only minor downside was the long, narrow corridor leading to the apartment—it felt a bit tight when carrying luggage. But honestly, that’s a very small issue compared to all the positives.

Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The rain shower was a standout feature—spacious and refreshing. Overall, a well-equipped and pleasant place to stay. Would happily return!

One detail worth noting is the bed pillows. They were quite thin and not especially comfortable. There were no extra pillows available, just 1 pillow per person, which was a bit inconvenient, though manageable for a short two-night stay. If you prefer more head and neck support, it’s a good idea to request additional pillows in advance.

The room was very nice, especially for the price! Good amount of space (we had a two bedroom room) with a walk through bathroom, a large balcony, and a kitchen (room #12). The cleanest rooms we've stayed in, in Europe yet. The exterior doesn't do the interior justice, it was right on top of a grocery store with fast food just down the street (which came in handy on a late Sunday check-in). T-Bone steakhouse is about 8-10 minutes away by car and was the best steakhouse we've had in years. A must try while staying at this rental hotel/Apts.

The hallway can be loud when you're near the main entrance/exit. The door slams loud enough to clearly hear it in your room. The door to our room didn't seem to shut very tight (it did lock), so you could hear people in the hall, which made us feel like they could hear us as well. We forgot that YOU MUST RESERVE PARKING 1-3 DAYS IN ADVANCE. So we had to park on the streets.

Lovely, clean apartments; perfectly located for visiting the centre of Munich via public transport! Check-in via the machine was easy, and we were called the morning of our arrival to check we had received the information in order to check-in. Inside the room, all the information we needed was there, however reception was open during the day in case we needed anything else. It was great for us to have the kitchenettes in our rooms, as we chose to have breakfast in the rooms each morning (made even easier by the well-equipped supermarket downstairs!), the fridge was an especially welcome amenity. It's great for transport links - we walked to the u-bahn each morning (around 10 minutes) and then it was an easy journey to Oktoberfest and the city centre. The apartments were easy to find, even though we arrived in the dark, and the parking is secure and convenient. Along the street, as well as the supermarket, there are two fuel stations with shops and a Burger King next door which is open until late. We had a balcony in one of our rooms, which was a lovely addition. Unfortunately, the weather meant we couldn't enjoy it so much!

I would 100% definitely stay here again next time I visit Munich - it was perfect for what we needed! However, if you are hoping to spend a lot of time in the apartment, there are two things I would say would make it more comfortable: an armchair would be nice to relax in the evenings - all we had was the bed or a kitchen-style chair. The other is that there is no oven or toaster in the kitchenette, only a microwave and induction hob, so you can cook some basic things but not really a full meal that requires an oven. However, if you can live without either of those things, I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Munich. Hopefully I will be back soon!

There is a bidet in the toilet :’) also there are supermarkets on lower floor. The apartment have all the cooking amanities but unlucky me came to the hotel late so the supermarket already closed. It is actually kinda far from the city center but there is a station 850 m away, and if you dont want to walk you can simply take the bus to the station it is only 2 stops.

Everything was great. Easy to reach location, well equipped, impeccably clean. It’s in a green and fairly quiet neighbourhood, there are several restaurants and bakeries around. There’s also a grocery store in the building. The air conditioning is working well, though we did bot need to use it after a while, the weather cooled down.

The only tiny thing what was a bit bothering is that the water from the shower leaked a little under the glass wall. But that’s it, nothing else, really.

Spaceful and pretty interier with good vibe. It's so spaceful that you can dance there. Nice and well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, big TV with good audio. Nice stuff. Two supermarkets downstairs. Really pretty nice apartment.

The price for 1 night was high for me – more than 2x more expensive than what I ever paid via Booking for 1 night (and I am buying breakfast included in price normally). But I guess that that price was like that because in the city was held the October fest (or I just don't know prices in Germany).

Everything! The 2-bedroom unit layout gave the children full comfort in what seemed like their own independent unit, unlike most layouts. The design and decor was attractive, with a large patio for a family meal outdoors. The bathroom was spacious and had many hooks, something most units lack. Just be careful when using the rain shower, you can easily mess up the bathroom floor. The kitchen had almost everything I needed for eat-in meals away from home whenever we felt like cooking. The 2 supermarkets and cafe just next door complimented the room absolutely. The Trudering s-bahn station was close enough and yet gave us some exercise in the 10-min plus walk. The city attractions were easily accessible with a short train ride. We arrived at midnight and had no trouble accessing the unit. It may seem complicated, but just follow the instructions closely and you will not have a problem. Check-out too was very simple. The reception is manned only until mid afternoon, but that wasn't a problem for us. We had a great stay and would come back the next time we're in Munich.

Nothing actually, though a washer dryer in the apartment unit would have made the place more than perfect 🙂.
