Very friendly stuff, clean and comfortable room, spacy and cozy common areas, delicious breakfast with the great variety of dishes and drinks. We enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. Schnitzel was the best ever! We liked the spa area, but if you stay with kids be aware of adults who walk around fully naked. It's not allowed to get into the swimming pool without swimming suits, but some of the guests ignore the rules. We had to leave the spa area, because it's not appropriate for our minors.

The spa area where the adults and kids allowed altogether should be secure for the minors. It'd be great if all visitors wear the swimming/bathing suits.

The hotel offers great value for money. • Everything looks clean, tidy, and hygienic. • The wellness area is beautiful. • The staff are extremely friendly. • Both the food and breakfast are very good.

• The wellness area is often crowded with children, making it less relaxing for adults. Time blocks (for example, adults-only hours) would be a great addition. • Dogs are allowed in the restaurant, which some guests might not appreciate. • The rooms do not have air conditioning, so they can become quite warm in summer.

The breakfast was great! Many options and the area was large enough that the guests weren't eating on top of each other or tripping over one another. The "overflow" parking lot was up the hill from the property but it was accommodating. I also understand there was a parking garage underneath the hotel but I didn't use it.

The air conditioning could have been better. The controller wasn't very responsive and I could not get the room cold enough for me. A small complaint but I run hot. So, any time I can make the room cooler - great.

Very good location near the motorway, free car park beside the hotel, pet friendly ( plenty of space to walk the dog), friendly staff and comfortable big bed. We had a family suite that was very spacious for 4. Not much choice of food in the restaurant but good and tasty food, also good variety at breakfast too. The leisure facilities are great too, very clean, steam room, saunas and a jacuzzi/ pool. Very good WiFi

No aircon but ok if you open the windows, it’s not noisy at all.

Big and modern Hotel, good enough for a Short one Night stay on the road. Rooms are okay but my stay was Not perfect sadly. Next to the Room door there was another door and everytime people opened that door it fell in the lock, hearing a big bang which kept us awake untill late. The Ventilator in the bathroom made so much Noise you could hear it in the entire room.

Noisy bathroom Ventilator that cannot be switched off.. Door on the corridor next to the room was noisy Personal at the reception desk was unfriendly and Not greeting us when we entered the Lobby although we greeted them.. The Hotel itself lays Next to a Theater which is Not in use and the parking lot is used by road constructies, who Are noisy in the Morning. Parking is further away from the entrance which is Not handy with Lots of rain..

Great location close to autobahn. Plenty of parking and late check out. The buffet breakfast was also excellent. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly and allowed us to eat just before the restaurant shut. Also very dog friendly.

Spa pool is only open from 6pm for a few hours. As we arrived after 9pm it wasn't open the next morning so we couldn't use it. Rooms would benefit from air conditioning in summer. Cleaners were loud waking up some of us early playing loud music and talking loudly outside the bedroom door. After a late night would of appreciated if they were quiet outside our room so we could rest. Would of been nice to have a fridge in the room.

The stay was very nice and had a beautiful forest around it. I really wanted to go on a long walk there. The staff was very nice and very dog friendly. They gave us bowls for the dog and there was a tiny dog bed in the room. The buffet was big and good as well!

There is a forest nearby but there were a lot of ticks. So please ensure if you are taking your dog you are prepared. But I did not have any complaints about the hotel itself. I really liked the stay.

This hotel was perfect for my needs: I was driving with my dog through Germany towards Eurotunnel and this was an overnight stop. It's about 30 seconds off the Autobahn but has a leafy countryside feel with plenty of grass for the dog, the parking is free and although not technically "secure" as such, it is definitely not a good spot for an opportunist thief and I was happy to leave all my stuff out. There's no height restrictions for parking. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was great. No kettle, but there were nice touches like welcome biscuits for the dog. Restaurant was nice. I've added this one to my list of preferred stopovers

We were not familiar with the place other than it is close to Frankfurt. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The pillows felt a little bit flat but it was OK. The breakfast was good and they had a variety of options to try and the overall quality and type of food were good.

We didn't like the fact that we requested a baby cot upon booking the room and it was not there when we arrived. We asked during check-in if it was there of which the staff said it was there. I believe these things should have been coordinated with housekeeping and checked before the guest arrived to provide accurate information. I had to go down again to have it requested and brought to our room.

This is a perfect little hotel to stay if you're traveling through Germany. The staff was great, the rooms were great, the amenities were great and, as an added bonus, the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing that could've been better would be the opening times for the pool/sauna area. They don't open until 14:00 in the weekends - which is long after you have to check out. Keep this in mind if traveling with kids.
