Breakfast was good. The room was clean.

The hotelier at night told me the Spa was located on the upper stairs of the restaurant. After 3 times of searching on the next day, before and after the breakfast, we finally heard the Spa located on the opposite side of the restaurant! We used up all time and checked out without using the spa. I hope your hoteliers in the front desk could say at least he doesn't know well rather than to guide to go to the wrong direction. It's more clear to say you just don't know well. I hope your hotel could provide a better experience to other customers. Sincerely,

Great location, ideal to start some nice hiking trails. The rooms are good value for the price, clean and decently sized for two adults. The Staff was very helpfull (extra towels, minor power issue in one of the rooms). Solid breakfast and even though the dinner menu options is limited, the meals are deliciously prepared. Very big parking.

There is nothing to dislike. You get what you payed for. We didn't have power in one of the rooms, the reception staff had it fixed in a matter of minutes

Very nice hotel, big rooms, at the request for extra bed was arranged without any extra costs, clean and beautiful, in the rooms they had robes and slippers, tea, coffee, water. You coud take in lobby water, you get a bottle at the reception and fill it up with water on ur choice, sparkling or still all included in your stay. A very big parking space around hotel, they were asking en extra charge if €7 , i guess if you had to park outside their parking place on the street because we were not charged. Very nice Hotel, beautiful place, was really a gem. 100 % recommended, mostly for the families with kids.

The hotel is a nice place for a short stay with all the amenities like wellness area and a very good breakfast. The building is very modern, provides a nice feeling and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Parking was affordable at 5€/day and the included breakfast was great, the staff is constantly checking for replenishment of the food.

Not critical, but the room was a bit smaller that what it appears in the photos. Nevertheless, the bathroom and design of the room is great.

Disappointed with front desk staff and their attitude.. I ordered 2 days room, but got 1 day..later have been problem with room cards I am utterly disappointed with the service of this hotel, including the attitude of the service staff at the front desk. This is a very disappointing and unhappy experience. We will think twice of booking this hotel again.

everything meets our expectation, the bed was comfy. the place is clean and new.

We can't really adjust the AC temperature, and there's no fridge. however, we slept well. also, the restaurant were closed, in this area, there's not so many restaurant choices available. but it's a small town, so that's understandable.

Only issue was at check-in we came to the hotel around 4pm and rooms was not avaiable immediately(although this was resolved quickly) - check in is quiet late at 3pm therefore expected rooms to be ready on time.

I had the pleasure to stay at this lovely place for one night. The rooms were specious,the staff is also very friendly and helpful. Arrived around 10pm at the hotel and asked for a dinner. The restaurant was closed but the receptionist helped me to ordered some takeaway. I will come back to this hotel for sure. Highly recommend it to everyone. About 10-15 min off the motorway but is worth it. A*****

The property is clean and room very big. It’s just a pity that the roll-away bed is very small. My teenage daughter slept in it and it was uncomfortable. It was the smallest roll-away bed we’ve seen! Given the room size, they could have done with a bigger one. Otherwise the rest was great.

Great location and optimal value for money. The room was small but nice, tidy and offered everything we needed. I had a great sleep in the bed. Staff was friendly and hotel interior was nice.
