I appreciated the kettle for boiling water which I had requested and which was in the room when I arrived.

Some possibility of storing items in a fridge (I travel with medication that must be kept cool). The receptionist in Haus 1 offered to put it there in the fridge. However, since I was leaving the hotel the next day before Haus 1 was open (I left on a Sunday at 7.15am), this was not an option for me. Luckily it was a very cold night and I kept my medication outside the window on the window sill.

Great area next to the water, very specious, and had air conditioning. The room had a second toilet in another bathroom. Parking could accommodate my larger American SUV.

Getting to the hotel was tough, it's on a very narrow dead end. And in if you can't find parking, turning around can be an ordeal. They have parking out-front, but they need to give you a key to open the space.

Room was very big and had everything, was clean and the location is also good.

No people at the reception ever, the key was just left in the counter for us to take it and for the checkout was the same, we had an issue with the door to enter the main building at night and it was raining so I had to knock on a kind lady’s room that let us in luckily. Keep that in mind when booking.

Perfect location to walk in to the altstadt. Clean and tidy

Just for info....Parking was fine for us as we managed to get a long parking spot (we had a van). The four car spaces at the front of the hotel were too short , only 4m

Location and facilities were awesome. I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

Just a suggestion - Small Carpet should have been there in the bathroom to wipe foot after shower. And small kettle provision to warm drinking water would have been helpful.

They accommodated our late check in with ease. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

Checking in was very confusing. A friend had to help me find where to check in since there wasn't anyone at the main location.

We liked the location to the town centre. It was clean and well equipped for a small dog.

The choice of breakfast - could have more variety.

The staff was great and the room spacious and comfortable

There was a mix up in that we reserved a room with a kitchen but were given one without. they kindly made up for it by giving us a fantastic breakfast! Thank you!

Everything was as advertised. Small single clean room, staff were nice, usual buffet breakfast, and good value for money

Maybe a fan in the room as it was quite hot
