The hotel is laid out and feels very much like walking around a college campus and has a unusual but nice feel to it. Seems to be used for corporate days quite often. The Pool, the bar and the restaurant areas were all great as were the drinks and food from them inc. a quality breakfast with a massive amount of choice. The room much like the hotel had some quirky features and furniture which we enjoyed, Staff were very professional. Plenty of parking in a quiet location not too far from the Motorways.

We had a Pet fee applied which is fine but it was applied after booking "with pet" at the hotel. Not a big problem.

All , in the Nature Rooms as described, big rooms , nicely decorated, shower top and the terrace is facing the beautiful mountains. We had dinner , was great , various choices and very delicious, and breakfast was great as well , I was actually very impressed by the quality and the variety of the food .

Spacious interiors, great breakfasts with a large selection, SPA open long hours during the day. Great location, room with a beautiful view, huge parking lot, and this was important to me because I was in a bus with a tow truck

It is a beautiful, very clean and comfortable hotel with a wonderful spa and indoor swimming pool. Great breakfast. Very good value for all this hotel has to offer. On top of it the staff were very kind.

Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Pool lovely- shame the steam room isn’t open in the mornings. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet at the weekend which suited us well.

Coffee/tea in the room would have been nice.

everything was great. breakfast surprised me, many choices .Was clean. The pool was clean. the sauna was great. enough towels.

I missed the fridge in the room. but that's all.

Professional service, clean and very quiet. Balcony is an appreciable plus. swimming pool area is very quiet. coffee machine with large choices and at multiple level

small details but missing fish or 3 min. eggs on the continental breakfast. Better clarification for the use of the spa / swimming pool area, that said we also didn't ask for better clarification or if available

Staff was very friendly and polite; buffet and breakfast were great, lots of choice. Inside pool was a bit cold
