The hotel was in a great location. Directly across from the train station in yet close enough to the old town that you could easily walk in. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. There was a fan in the room to help with the heat.

The check-in would have been very awkward if we did not have a phone with us as there was nobody there to check us in at the specified time. However, on the front door, there was a telephone number to call and the people on the other end were able to give us the access number to enter into the hotel and into our room.

Rooms, mood, ease of use, personnel, location and the pastries in the morning at the reception were all awesome. We've especially liked that there were many good restaurants and shops around, and that the city "gate" was a 3 minute walking distance.

There was just one thing: If there isn't any air conditioning, that's okay, but in that case, at least have some mosquito nets installed on the windows, and a working fan in every room. And the hotel could have used a good vacuuming. Other than these, and especially for the price, it was amazing.

The art hotel is actually a new facade on an older hotel. We kind of liked the character of the interior, it was a bit of a throwback. The bed was huge. Not staffed in the evening but check-in went fine through the lock box. Good free parking in the rear.

We had to close the window at night because of shouting and music from the rail station. We liked that the room had a mini fridge, but because it was unstaffed at night we did not have anyone to ask to borrow even a fork or knife.

Very modern and spacious room (not like what others have written here - ask for room 113, it's great!). Bikers, you can even park on asphalt behind the hotel so the bike is not visible from the street. Nice breakfast, walking distance to the city wall and city center. Reasonably priced and one of our best stays.

Only very minor remarks - the WLAN kept falling out and on one of our two phones we were not able to connect at all. Also, the toilet sometimes did not stop filling up after flushing, but it fixed itself after a couple of flushes. Neither issue bothered us enough to give the staff a chance to fix them, which they would probably do if asked.

The hotel is very well located just outside the historical centre of the town. We also appreciated its parking right in front of/behind the hotel building and a pet friendly attitude. We didn't have breakfast which we regretted in the end.

The check-in system is a bit odd. The key box by the door wasn't working when we (and other guests) arrived and we had to wait for quite a while standing outside for it to be sorted (there was no place to sit around). The room equipment is a little bit dated but overall it's not bad value for money.

A bit of a pain walking into Nordlingen as you have to go around via the main road but this is a minor thing, it’s only about a 10 minute walk. Room could have been a little better value for what it was, in my opinion, but happy with my stay

Easy to find, modern property with two much needed fans in the room. Good parking for our motorbike.

It was not easy to gain access to the hotel. Information had been given about using the key box however in bright sunshine it was almost impossible to see what was on the digital screen. No kettle in the room.

Reception was not open when we arrived at 3/4pm no facilities were accessible like the foyer, lounge and bar. All was locked up for the afternoon and evening.

I booked this hotel because I had heavy luggages and the hotel is next to the train station. Check in process was interesting. The facilities are just like normal hotels. The staff were really really nice and friendly.

We came after thein check-in hours and the keys were left in thier safe box,great idea! The girl who worked at the reception was extremely polite and tried to help us with everything we needed. The location is great and they have parking places if you come by car,if not-the train station is just across the hotel. Breakfast was included in the price and it was very tasteful,nice choice.
