Early check-in would cost quite a lot and even staff seems to have no possibility to change this. I understand that if a hotel is booked very well or cleaning staff is still working that this is not possible. How this is normally handled, but the staff tells you whenever a room is free. But in this hotel it is in general just not possible without paying 1/3 more.

It is a functional hotel, it's not pretty or have a lot of atmosphere, but it has everything you need, and for us, that meant a bike lock up, hot shower, and comfy bed, although the pillows could be better. Breakfast was good with a decent choice and fresh fruit, which is not always a given. It's upstairs from a supermarket and a big car park, but there was no noise, and we had a decent night's sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly and answered all our questions. I know how difficult it is to get staff in hospitality so keep a hold of the good ones.

Their pillows need changed and the cleanliness is maybe not brilliant, but it wasn't dirty, maybe just a little dusty.

Very nice clean modern room, air conditioning and blackout curtains which were perfect as the weather was hot and we had done a lot of travelling so we got a great nights sleep. Quick check in and check out process, breakfast included which was as expected (cereals, pastries, cold meats and cheeses and tea/ coffee) Big free carpark which they share with a supermarket (hand for groceries and cheap water!) short walk to the old town through the city walls, only 5 minutes or so away For UK travellers imagine a premier inn but more modern.

This isn’t specific to this hotel, German hotel rooms don’t seem to come with kettles or tea/coffee making facilities which I definitely miss after a long day travelling!

The room was sparkling clean, the bed large and comfortable. As in most hotels of this type, the room would be too small for an extended stay and doesn´t have much of an ambiance, but is perfect for 1 or 2 nights passing through. Everything you need is there, Breakfast was very good, and an attendant made sure everything was always available and kept clean.

I find the feel of most of these types of hotels a bit sterile, and this was no different here, but they provide a great value for the money and are perfect for a quick overnight stay.

Great location. Brilliant price. I have to admit, we booked because I’m called Lou 😂 We didn’t expect much, being in a car park of a shopping park, but it was great. Comfiest bed on our trip so far and air con.

If I had to pick anything, I’d say it would be good to have a kettle in the room

Just a few minutes walk from the old town centre. Right next to Edeka. Plenty of parking space. Helpful staff. All in all, a good value for money.

Breakfast was a bit monotonous - more or less the same every day. Also the space for breakfast could be larger. No beer on tap in the hotel bar - just the bottled one.

The location is perfect for a sleep over on the road. Staff was kind, beds were cozy and the interior nice. Great value for money. The parking is free and you can find a great pizzaplace, ATM and a supermarked all at the same parking lot.

Bad pillows

The location. It’s very near to the train station and just beside the hotel there is a supermarket as well as cafe.

No kettle for boiling water. It was explained that there is hot and cold water dispenser near the elevator but it is spoilt.

A modern hotel with nice decoration and good breakfast buffet, free parking available, elevators and air conditioned rooms.

Flexible late check-in time should be possible. We have been informed that check-in is expected by 22:30 otherwise booking will be cancelled only few hours before.

Easy parking next to the hotel and free coffee from the buffet area. Good location

No tea and coffee maker in the room. Poor pillows in the room. Breakfast buffet very basic. Expensive for what you get.
