A modern building just outside Nordlingen centre. A spacious minimalist room with wooden fittings. Very helpful at reception. We thought there would be a fridge and they provided one when asked. It was a little noisy though! There are Juliet balconies so you can keep the door open for fresh air securely and despite current roadworks it is literally 5 minutes from the old centre. Comfy beds, a good shower and plenty hot water as well as an electric kettle. Plenty free parking (but Nordlingen has free parking outside the walls anyway). Table and a chair (and a bench). There were some nice sunny spots to sit outside the hotel. They offer you a free beer etc for not having your room cleaned – quite a good swap!

Clever lighting but not quite bright enough for easy reading. No comfy seating. It's in a bit of an industrial area, this doesn't distract from the comfort but it's not very pretty.

The building is brand new and very modern. The room was spacious and comfortable - floppy pillows, but I guess this is the norm in Germany. The hotel is very close to the city centre.

Two things that I didn't like: The glass wall in the washroom - privacy wise, not my favourite -, and the extremely hot room! Jesus Christ, please get more powerful fans! (we couldn't really leave the balcony door open because there's construction going on behind the hotel.

Modern, very clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of car parking and a 5 minute walk into the old town. We had our evening meal in the hotel restaurant, which was a bit more expensive than the old town, but worth every penny (or cent). Lovely food, great service and good wine. Staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

We stay in Noerdlingen quite often, visiting family. The hotel we usually stay in was fully booked so we tried out this one. It was a real positive surprise. The location is great. Noerdlingen is all about the historic downtown and this hotel is just 200m or so outside the wall. You can walk in in 5 minutes but have all the upsides of being outside, such as free and unlimited parking. The design of rooms, dining room and reception are is really great. It's quite modern with concrete and wood but it really works. It's really beautiful. The rooms are spacious and have enough room to open up a big suitcase - at the price of not having a full closet. Shower is great. The breakfast buffet is really good. There's a big choice of hot and cold items. It was EUR 18 per person, which is really good value. We didn't have dinner.

Overall, it was all good. Small stuff: - There isn't a gym. - There are no USB charge ports in the room.

Room was good. Food was superb. Very easy check in. Friendly staff. Very good price compared to others. Would 100% recommend to others. Location was ok.

No air conditioning so you have to leave the windows open or use the fan which is provided. Problem with the fan is that it just pushes warm air around the room. I air con was provided this hotel would be 10/10 perfect!

Very high quality hotel, modern and well thought out layout. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Meal selection was very impressive and of a high standard Suitable for business and people wishing to have a great overnight experience. Within 10 minutes walking distance into Nordlingen, which is worth a visit! It's on our stopover list when we are in the area.

Faultless!

A very modern hotel just outside the city walls. Parking next to the hotel (so many hotels claim to have parking but in reality it is a public car park a fair walk away). Excellent bedroom and modern bathroom. The highlight was Kara on reception. Incredibly helpful about where to eat and where to go in town.

Good-sized room in a newer hotel. Quick and easy check-in and -out. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very functional. Even the wardrobe and luggage rack area was open and easy to use. Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant for dinner was excellent.

I found it a little strange that wi-fi was room dependent - which meant when I went to the bar or restaurant, wi-fi was NOT available. That is inconvenient for an international traveller

The design is amazing, the staff super helpful, breakfast is top notch and the room is hard to dislike.

The room was somewhat hot, while it was only 26 degrees outside the room was not cooling down so well
