Our "room" was actually a small apartment, consisting of a room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony - that was more than we expected. Everything was perfectly clean, staff was friendly. A nice bonus was electric vehicle charger at the hotel parking that we were allowed to use for free. The property has main building (where the breakfast is served) and another building nearby where we were located - it is a very short walk between them. The location is great, it is a residential area close to the city center.

The best place for the price I've stayed in Nördlingen so far! - Rooms are spacious, clean and warm; - Beds are very comfy; - The staff is very helpful, respectful and nice; - And the breakfast is also pretty good to start your day; - By the way, have I mentioned that this is also one of the coziest diners in the area? If you want to drink beer and share a great meal with your friends, look no further!

Minor nitpicks: - Breakfast menu is very good, but lacking fresh fruits and vegetables(something simple like apples); - I would really appreciate some disposable slippers; - We live in the era of streaming services like netflix, and it would be nice to be able to watch it on tv in the room. You don't need to buy new TVs, just buy some chromecast / Fire TV dongles or anything like that and it would fix the problem.

Comfortable and quiet room very close to the historic town, just a few minutes walk. In that guesthouse there was a fridge where one could pick different drinke incl. beer yeah :-) very friendl personal esp. that Hungarian-Roumanian lady! Breakfast was fine on request srambled or fried eggs and all different stuff you need for breakfast, excellent strong coffee! You can as well have lunch and dinner, the menue card is divers, prices are fair. Next time I'll stay again in the 'golden key' :-) warm regards from SARAJEVO Martin

I had a nice open space to stay. The property was clean, comfortable and very close to everywhere I wanted to go. The staff were friendly, helpful and patient with someone who hasn’t quite mastered the German language. I stayed at quite a few accommodation places on my travels and this was by far the best. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a small apartment. There was plenty of room and it was very comfortable. Everything was clean. It was a short walk to the walled city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and served in a nice room. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely big room with balcony & huge bathroom. Very comfortable bed & room was warm and quiet. Staff really welcoming & helpful. Location is excellent as only about a 5 minute walk to the old town. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. We also had a nice meal in the restaurant in the evening. Also liked the fact they had off street parking.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, but the large, unevenly padded pillows were not as comfortable as I would have liked. The locations was quiet and convenient for a tourist stop along the Romantic Road. We enjoyed touring the town and the local area.

The pillows were odd. They were large squares with lumpy filling and not very comfortable for a side sleeper like me who prefers a firm pillow.

Nice room in a quiet building. A couple flights up but no problem with luggage. Good parking near the front door. Restaurant associated with the lodgings across the street. Good breakfast included. Good food there in the evening. The staff was great.

Location with the view of the castles, good breakfast and cozy homey atmosphere, easy car access. Goo Bavarian restaurant nearby.

A bit of confusion at the check in and finding the right entrance but all sorted.

The room was very comfortable and quite large. The bathroom was very large and well set up - great shower. Balcony was a bonus. The bed was quite firm and comfortable. Parking was excellent.

Having to check in and have breakfast about 150m down the road. Annoying if raining. Would be nice to have a lift for upper floors when carrying bags.
