Beautiful, old hotel situated right in the middle of the medieval town of Oppenheim. The staff was very accommodating and assisted us in parking our car in their courtyard to avoid paying the parking metered lot across from the hotel. The breakfast was an additional charge but well worth it.

The housekeeping was very good but tended to come a little early in the morning for us.

An absolutely stunning room (14) which is a suite perfect for a honeymoon couple and is surrounded by beautiful countryside, vineyards and views for miles. Strangely, a lot of the local restaurants seemed to be closed on the weekend we went, however this was no reflection or fault of the amazing Amtsgericht and as we had a car we just went into the next town. Also I must compliment the breakfast selection which was delicious and had an excellent selection of traditional German delicacies. I really cannot think of a single thing that we didn't like about this very unique place! Staff friendly and always in hand when needed. It was a very hot weekend but the room was kept very cool with an optinal fan and lots of well placed windows. Will definitely come for another visit!

There is nothing at all we could fault about Altes Amtsgericht

The room was nice and the staff were friendly. The town is really cute, and the hotel fit the old town vibe. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. The windows have rolladen (not sure if I spelled that right, but the wonderful German shades that make it really dark) so I appreciated that. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights but had to cut my trip short because of a family emergency, but I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the area.

No huge complaints, but the room description said "mini bar" which I took to mean there would be a mini fridge in my room that I could use to keep my own drinks cold. But what it actually meant is there's a shared mini bar fridge in the common area where you can buy a drink on the honor system. Not a big deal, but it meant I couldn't use it for my own things.

Great location close to many places to eat. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Lots of places to hike or walk nearby. Oppenheim is a beautiful old town and worth a visit. Super comfy bed and large shower.

The coffee is truly terrible. It ruins my morning immediately when I see one of those “all in one” machines.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Oppenheim with lots of charme from the former Amtsgericht.

The reception closes at 6.00 pm and is not open before 8.00 am. Not a problem if you know ahead.

Very nice historic building. There is a closed bicycle garage were you can put your bicycle Very friendly people. Very spacious clean room. Nice and modern bathroom. Good bed. Very good breakfast buffet.

Our charming room in this restored historic building was quite comfortable. It even had TWO fans! The lovely hotel is adjacent to the wonderful old town center which stands below ruins of an early 13c castle. Breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent. I would definitely return.

Nothing I did not like.

Family room of good size. The beds are very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Our kids loved the playing room. Very nice after a long drive. A few restaurants are available 5-10 min walking distance from the hotel. Note: the hotel has a few (free) parking spots available in the front courtyard.

The room had limited storage space. Could be an issue if you spend more than 1 night.

There was not one English speaking tv channel. It's not too much to expect from any hotel which receives guests from all over the world, that there shall be at least one English speaking tv news & one English speaking movie channel on offer

Beautiful hotel at a beautiful village. They don’t serve dinner but there are several good options in town. Rooms are very modern within a historic setting. Bathroom is super super clean. Very comfortable stay for us as a family.
