- Convenient location - Wonderful Gym - Very comfortable mattresses - Staff, polite and professional.

- Gym is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and to access it to you need to have a wristband that you have to pick up and drop every time to go there and you come back. The front desk most of the times is very busy and you have to stay there and wait the whole time. This information was not provided on booking. - Uncomfortable pillows. - Restaurant. We ate there only once because we were very disappointed. Quality of the food is cheap. Plus the guy that took are order was unfriendly and poorly motivated. I thought he may had a bad day because the rest of the staff has always been very nice. - It would have been good to have an iron and iron board in the room

Very accommodating in our early arrival check in with prior notice (fee of course) really appreciated it. Loved the dark curtains sliding door with windows to patio. Bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Desk Staff were helpful with directions to train stations as we had driven. Breakfast selection was very good salmon/ cold cuts pastries/ lots hot food replenished quickly plus accommodated my husband’s dietary requests. Room size was good. It was a very tidy clean hotel. I noticed a lot of airline staff coming and going.

Food complaint: Ate dinner one night wasn’t a fan took too long for service and only 4 tables in dining room. Served filet meat overcooked but never saw waiter again until end of the meal.

Very friendly and receptive staff

At breakfast, I made a cup of tea and put it at a free table. I put the card on my seat and went to get some food. When I returned my tea was gone and the card was replaced on the table. I placed my food on the table and went to get the tea. After eating the starter and drinking the tea, I went to get a coffee and some fruit. When I returned the table was cleared. Maybe another guest could have sat there, but, like the first time, but they did not. I am not complaining, but maybe there should be a way to indicate if you have finished at the table.

Nice hotel next to the Darmstadt train station and close to the ESA facilities. The hotel is nice, the size of the rooms is adequate, the bed was confortable and it was clean. It was a good detail to receive some cookies as a present. And I'm sure that in working months this hotel should be more expensive.

The parking was expensive. And there were some works on the street in front of the hotel. It would be nice if the hotel said to me how to move in this situation, as at the beginning it was a bit messy to move around there with the car.

Comfortable bed. Air condition worked without problems. There is a refrigerator in the room. The property has several electric-car 11KW chargers in the basement . WIFI was free and now somewhere between 100-150mbit. No "morality filtering" or VPN blocking detected, so should be fine for serious work.. Was a slow period so price was low and good value for money

There were roadworks outside the hotel - making it very difficult to find the drive in path to the entrance to the parking cellar - at least the first time - but it was possible. Although the roadworks is administered by the kommune i am sure and will not last forever. The neaby trams can be a bit noisy if staying on the lower floors. Parking in the cellar is 20 euro per night extra.

Frequent visitor for employment. Great location and central to local restaurants. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. Great room with balcony and a perfect view to enjoy the electric storm. Check-out is smooth as always.

Each visit I have asked reception staff for bathrobe for use in swimming pool, each time to be told that they should be in room-they are not! Even though I explained that this has happened on previous visits.

The reason I chose Maritim Darmstadt is its breakfast - the only hotel could supply such various options and also very delicious. The location is pretty good - very near to train station. The staff are generally all nice - can take on every your request or question with patience. Room is clean and bedding is comfortable can help me go to sleep easily.

The only weakness is the hotel is a little timeworn - it's time to renovate and make it fashionable.

Staff and location were excellent, the room was big and airy and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was really great, super choices of foods and drinks. The bar was good also.

I would have liked coffee making facilities within the room, but understand that not all hotels offer this. The bathroom had an over bath shower and this would not have been my preference over a walk-in shower. The bath surface was not slip proof, which was not ideal for exiting the bath. Having said that, the bath was not particularly high and could be easoly exited with care. There were no plugs by the bedside, meaning you could not charge a phone and use it from the bed, or charge and have it as an alarm clock.

The hotel was very impressive, starting with the reception hall, I like the variety of cactus which were placed around the hall. The room size was great, the double bed gave you the feeling of importance. I used the refrigerator to cool my drinks in the room. The breakfast was also very impressive, I had an omelet, which was freshly prepared, together with bacon and pancakes. At the coffee machine it was possible to have different types of coffee. Since I was on the 10th floor of the hotel, it was quiet. Had pigeons visit me on the balcony available with the room. The stay was what I was looking for, "relaxation pure". The hotel location gave me the possibility to easily visit the movies, go to multiple restaurants, or walk to the city center.

Can´t really give any "unlikeable" feedback.

Excellent breakfast, location, pool facility, attentive staff. Cleanliness too.

It lacked s coffee/tea making facility in the room.
