biked from Havelberg. 1. Location: right on the canal. 2. Staff: extremely nice and accommodating. we arrived early so our room was not ready-they seated us at a reserved table outside for drink/snack and locked our bags in a closet. 3. secure, locked bike storage. 4. breakfast available for extra fee was excellent. 5. Room: the air conditioning was EXCELLENT, beds very comfortable, excellent shower/bathroom. complementary water bottles. This place is a GEM and probably in the most scenic area of Rathenow. We could not find any restaurants/beer gardens open, however, the American Monster turned out to be a great find! we were able to watch the Euro Games and have great food! Next stop: bike to Brandenberg an der Havel.

The facility was more like a home, very well maintained, and the people who work there were a complete delight. Even though we spoke, different languages, very small town, not used to tourists like us, they couldn’t do enough for us to make us feel welcome.

We loved everything about it.

The staff, restaurant, location, and the amenities were brilliant. My room had a skylight-window, so it was really cool during the starry night sky. Also has enough parking spots in the inner area.

Not complaining, but the breakfast was very basic.

Beautiful location, spacious and comfortable rooms, great service, delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet. Plus a safe and secure place to store our bikes overnight.

Super cozy location and had great safety for our bicycles. The room was all right and nothing to complain at.

We booked it partly because of the nice lounge area but everything was closed (lounge, reception) which made the experience a bit more dull. Felt like we were staying in an abandoned building which didn't march the vibe of the pictures.

Room was too hot and the bed was under the eaves, not great!

The location was good for our work. The restaurant food was very good, compared to other Places in Germany where we traveled for 2 weeks. Walking distance very close to main city center where you have interesting cafes and backers.

Welcoming was very poor,explaining where the car park, where to find clean towels bed linen, water for the room etc."?. As 4 nights the room was not cleaned by the staff , The air conditioning was making very strange vibration noise all night , according to the owner this is absolutely normal !!! This was handled very poorly by the staff and the solution was to remove current from the air conditioner....after 4 nights without proper sleep I was very tired made my days very uncomfortable 🥵 so sad .
