Easy self check-in process, the instructions were sent beforehand and were clear enough. The room was quite compact and minimal but everything was clean, including the bathroom. Toiletries provided: a shower gel + shampoo combination and a liquid hand soap, both from Rituals. A pedestal fan was placed in the room, which we absolutely needed. There was a coffee machine with coffee pods.

Nothing was really bad, these are just suggestions for improvement: I wished the room had air conditioning, especially for the top floor in the summer. The lighting at the entrance of the room was poor so it was hard to use that mirror to get ready, we had to rely on the bathroom mirror and take turns to use it. Adding drinking water in addition to coffee would be a plus, even if tap water is drinkable. Also, I'd requested a double bed and got 2 twin beds so something went wrong with the booking process.

had a good stay! staff is very friendly. the room is cleaned everyday and the towels changed on a daily basis, which was very appreciated. the room was quiet and the view cute! the room was bit enough to host us and have enough space to organise ur things and feel at ease!

doesn't give the vibe of a typical hotel, since there is no reception and not many facilities. nonetheless, it covers the basics, it's convenient and comfortable. room was warm but we couldnt figure out how to turn on the heating on our own despite the instructions, which was fine since the weather was warm. also, didn't notice any elevators at sight which was a bit of a burden for luggage, but not a problem!

The location was great! 7min to central station 5min to supermarket, some restaurants and cafes nearby, a bit far from city center though. The room was small but comfy, no air conditioner, but a fan which saved me as it was hot during my stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Didn't take the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. Overall good for its price, can recommend!

There was no coffee/teamaker as it was stated during booking, would have been grate to have it!

Excellent location. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable room. Parking garage close.

No staff. Email was not sent regarding our entry code so we had to call. We saw many people having to do the same thing. Very inconvenient. The sink in one of the bathrooms leaked water all over the floor. Also, of the four rooms we rented, none had hot water in the mornings and a few of the nights. No elevator.

Easy to check in with the machine on the door. Clean and just 5 min from the train station. No personnel available, everything is made online which is an advantage for me. Dogs are allowed. There's a coffee maker and coffee in the room

I asked a question per text but no one answered. At the same time the hotel sends huge messages about check in multiple times, which is confusing

Access is easy with the check in system. The location is great in the middle of the city The room had a coffee machine, was clean and tidy with a good bathroom, decent water pressure in the shower.

The view outside looked over to a pile of dumped furniture and garbage. It’s not the hotels fault but it’s not nice to look at.

Room was neat and comfortable, bathroom was clean and user friendly, breakfast was delicious. Good location for our agenda.

Check in was confused. PIN numbers were provided, but room numbers were difficult to discern.

Very quiet room. Located at 5 minutes walk from the railway station. Easy check-in procedure.

The curtains are not thick enough. For people who are used to sleep in complete darkness, this may be a problem.

Was surprised to realize there is no staff to ask questions from, felt a bit "abandoned" at times due to no supervision from anyone.
