The location was perfect for us.

We booked a standard double double room ( in German “ein Doppelzimmer”) and we were given a single room ( in German “ein Einzelzimmer”) It would have been ok if we’re going to stay just one night, but we had it booked for 12 nights, and honestly it was kind of crowded for 2 people. We asked at the reception and they told us “Einzelzimmer” was a double room. My husband and me both speak and read fluently German, and we both know the difference. I took pictures of the hotels map and distribution and you can clearly see if it’s a double or a single room. As I said, for a night we wouldn’t have say anything, but we paid 12 nights .

The room was small, witn an even smaller window but was functional. Good wifi. The breakfast had all the basics, no extras. Excellent coffee. Parking (public) accessible and payable from the hotel. The parking is called Kayserpassage. The hotel is on a pedestrian street, the parking is accessed from a side street.

No aircon and a very small window, the room felt a but warm and stuffy.

I like the room it is very clean and spacious. The Bathroom is squeaky clean and all the necessary things that we need is already in there.

The lights was not that bright, the headboard of the bed was smelly, it smells like that the laundry was not properly dry and it stinks :(

Very comfortable, next to gut Cafés und Restaurants. Very friendly people.

The room was way too hot and the sofas/chairs had a warm fabric. Besides, at night the room was too dark. I went there to study before an important exam and I found difficulty to do it at night. But I slept well.

we stayed for a night. location was great, just a walking distance from the train station. check in was good, just needed to fill out a form. the room was small but okay. free coffee and water were provided. the TV and wifi function well. the room was clean.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Quiet.even though close to main street. Location was perfect for trips into town and close to HBF. Decor was simple but modern.

Lack of facilities, fridge, laundry machines or service. Expected just a bit more for relative price.

Checked in very late, right before reception closing time, but everything worked smoothly. New building, great room, nice smelling Rituals soap, bottled sparkling water, tasty coffee. Had a very good sleep that night.

Location was great. Rooms were clean.

We reserved two rooms. One was in first floor with lift. And the room was big with good view. But the other room was in another part of the hotel. In first floor without lift! Room was small! Despite both rooms had the same price!

Clean, bright, room. Black out curtains and bath were great for the kids. Booking.com recommended we take a superior double and a double for our young family with three kids, and would not let us book just one room. I messaged the hotel about just taking the superior room (with a large double bed and single sofa bed) and they were happy to accommodate us. We were very comfortable there. Location was super near the tourist area of Reutlingen, in a kind of courtyard in the middle of a block. The kids could play in the fountain area directly outside safely away from traffic. There were restaurants and a bakery in the courtyard area. Underground parking was handy.

Some staff were super helpful and friendly. Others a little curt, and seemingly tired to be there. Spa was closed. Strangely not many supermarkets in the immediate area. We had to search around!

Clean, good location and comfortable room. Would stay again.

No property issues but keep in mind parking is 13€ a night, which was not mentioned anywhere until I questioned why my bill was higher than expected. Also hard to find the entrance to the parking lot.
