The location was perfect for us.

We booked a standard double double room ( in German “ein Doppelzimmer”) and we were given a single room ( in German “ein Einzelzimmer”) It would have been ok if we’re going to stay just one night, but we had it booked for 12 nights, and honestly it was kind of crowded for 2 people. We asked at the reception and they told us “Einzelzimmer” was a double room. My husband and me both speak and read fluently German, and we both know the difference. I took pictures of the hotels map and distribution and you can clearly see if it’s a double or a single room. As I said, for a night we wouldn’t have say anything, but we paid 12 nights .

The breakfast was quite good. It had pretzels and other breads and we liked that there was two vegetable milk options. The bed was comfortable. It was easy to get to the hotel.

The manager that started our check-in process was rude and didn't make us feel welcome. The wifi didn't work well in our room (it kept coming on and off in both our phones). The shower was small. Although we liked the breakfast, there could have been more fruits.

difficult to find parking first, parking v expensive, only one low stool in double room, cannot sit at the table, no glass in bathroom, can become a bit noisy, some wall contacts and lights don’t work at all, use ur own charger or you’ll be surprised in the morning

The room was small, witn an even smaller window but was functional. Good wifi. The breakfast had all the basics, no extras. Excellent coffee. Parking (public) accessible and payable from the hotel. The parking is called Kayserpassage. The hotel is on a pedestrian street, the parking is accessed from a side street.

No aircon and a very small window, the room felt a but warm and stuffy.

Good location clean and comfortable

didn’t like no staff being at the property after 10pm. Had an incident where I wanted to leave the hotel after that time and struggled to open the door as someone had bolted it from the inside. Emergency number on door just went to an answerphone and language was German so being English we had no one to contact

I like the room it is very clean and spacious. The Bathroom is squeaky clean and all the necessary things that we need is already in there.

The lights was not that bright, the headboard of the bed was smelly, it smells like that the laundry was not properly dry and it stinks :(

a bit pricier than expected, but I could only book a few weeks in advance. the location made me chose it anyway.

I loved all of it. I loved the staff who were so friendly and helpful. I loved the room because it was the perfect size and price. I absolutely loved the location which was middle of downtown Reutlingen. Great deal!.

Very comfortable, next to gut Cafés und Restaurants. Very friendly people.

The room was way too hot and the sofas/chairs had a warm fabric. Besides, at night the room was too dark. I went there to study before an important exam and I found difficulty to do it at night. But I slept well.

we stayed for a night. location was great, just a walking distance from the train station. check in was good, just needed to fill out a form. the room was small but okay. free coffee and water were provided. the TV and wifi function well. the room was clean.
