Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Bathrooms are clean and modern. Superb breakfast with a great buffet and fresh food. Personal staff, staff are exceptional - very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Location is perfect - 1 minute walk from the train station and taxi rank and 10 minutes from the centre of town.

The staff are very warm, helpful and accommodating. The bed is comfortable. Overall a good place to stay.

Very lovely family hotel. Great location, close to the train and bus stations, easily walk to the city center in few minutes. Enough parking space inside hotel. The breakfast was great and staff members are all very kind and helpful. The room is clean and air conditioner works perfect when weather gets hot. We really enjoyed our stay.

we loved the location (centrally, next to the train station) and the fact that we had a parking on the premises. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good along with the service there

Pillows were not that good although we observed there was another option that we could have used. We stayed only one night so we didn't have the chance to check it.

Very homely feeling - 70s flair but modernized (bath, windows, etc) Very clean. Practical location next to the station. From there trains every few min to Tübingen or other locations in Schwäbische Alb. Walking distance to the old town of Reutlingen. Well isolated, with closed windows, no disturbance from the trains (my room was facing the train line) Rich breakfast, included in the price.

Bed was hard and not comfortable for me.

Everyone at HW I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was wonderful. Eggs still hot along with coffee. Variety of meats, bread and a lovely chocolate chip cake I had forgotten how good German breakfasts are.

Hotel in good location, we stayed for 1 night so it was good enough. Clean room and bathroom, but styled like good hotels in 80’s. Good breakfast but for example wurst were not available when we came (all gone)
