The hotel is in a very good location, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was nice, and I appreciated that the rooms were kept very clean during my stay. These details made the overall experience pleasant and convenient.

However, the room itself was quite small, which made it feel a little less comfortable, and there was no refrigerator available.

Location ok, parking you have to pay separately, Breakfast we didn't have. Beds are so and so and room is not as big as in the pictures.

I booked a 2+2 adults and I was 2+1, and they charged me for the kid because they said I should have booked 2+1. This I didn't appreciate . 2nd, you don't have a tea in the ROOM? Beds weren't that comfy and room is not as big as in the pic. Very clean, WiFI ok. Staff not friendly.

Breakfast was very good, the internet worked very well, I was able to work, the hotel is close to the city center 10 minutes walk, nice design in the breakfast room.

The room was cold for me , I try to adjust the temperature but temperature was not change , The room was not so quiet, some noise was hearing during early morning 3,4AM

Great location, easy and short walk from the hbf. New hotel. Good sized room and bathroom.

No coffee machine in room (paid machine in common area). There is a building site next door. It was quiet when I was there (room 505) but I would request a room at the other end of the hotel just in case. Breakfast was adequate and well priced.

Excellent Room and professional staff. The Hotel bar is very convenient. All the equipment, beds etc are new. All very comfortable! Parking was safe but not free.

The hotel bar hours are too short. The breakfast is not that great value for money. Parking was not free :(

The common area was a nice area to visit with friends. The breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the train station

No coffee kettle or fridge in room. Coffee was available in the common area but required use of credit card to purchase.

Supernice decoration and environment, nice amd friendly stuff, tasty breakfast and good coffee machine. Loved how they were flexible to help me cancel the last day of my stay because of changing plans.

Would like some extra toiletries and minibar with water at least.

Great location, super clean, modern, fine end features, excellent room and lovely view on the city. Mattress was so big and comfortable. Family friendly, our 3yo daughter loved it too.

Perhaps, for the price, the parking should be included 😉

The ambiance when you arrive the hotel its so calming and the design of the hotel is very nice. And the receptionists both night and day shift are very helpful and nice. We love the stay in Riku even if its 1 night. We will coming back whenever we are around. Highly recommended!

There's nothing you wouldn't like in this hotel..

Modern, clean and well positioned right near the centre. Nice breakfast.

The parking is limited to they ended up making us park in a place that didn’t look like a parking spot, near a construction site…
