All the staff were great and very friendly. The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was all anyone would need. The bacon and sausages were not warm, even at 06:30.

Many times when attending the bar there was not anyone there to serve you. It was supposed to open at 17:00 but only opened about 17:30.

Good selection. Always plenty of food.

Carpets need upgrade but it’s a minor detail. Also more English channels on tv

Nice clean hotel, very quiet room. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. This was my third time staying here and it doesnt disappoint.

Excellent reception staff, very clean overall. The buffet offers a limited selection, but at least they cook the bacon crisp))--the buffet restaurant itself is very pleasing, with an outdoor terrace area where smoking is permitted. One excellent benefit of the location is that the supermarket REWE is just down the street, only a 3 minute walk away, on the other side of the small and gentle Echaz River.

The hotel is excellent ! The staff were super friendly , rooms were clean and comfortable , I enjoyed so much the Sauna and the Gym. Breakfast was good!

I would have like to have the sauna opened on the morning.

as we checked in, person at desk was a bit curt about having stopped and parked out front, directed me immediately to the back in a not so friendly tone of voice !! (All we wanted to was to "check in"....

Good breakfast, nice and clean room and very central location. It's a hotel worth booking. There is enough parking indoors.
