We cannot praise this hotel enough. The receptionist was extremely friendly, she waited for us to arrive until nearly 2 am and just as other reviews say, nothing is too much trouble for her or any of the staff! We were provided with a cot bed and allowed late checkout which were much needed and made our stay very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and just made is feel very welcome!

Our only problem was the glass sliding door for the toilet which wasnt very practical with 2 kids 🙈

super friendly welcome, owner was extra helpful with storing our bikes securely and getting all our luggage in. He gave us advice on dining options and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing, huge variety and all tasty. The lovely lady serving breakfast could not have been nicer and encouraged us to take extras - we did! The rooms were very comfy and we even got a balcony, not that we had time to sit on it. The hotel is much nicer inside than you expect from the street.

The hotel is on the first floor and up so the entry door doesn’t look nearly as nice as the interior.

Clean, comfortable beds and powerful shower. Indoor safe parking for bikes with plus for ebike battery charging Good location within walking distance of lots of restaurants

Breakfast was quite good, nothing special Location was very good, central but a quiet room. Free parking outside at the back.

It was very hot so no air conditioning or fridge was a drawback

Located a very short walk to centre, good parking behind hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room and good breakfast. Free bottles of water given on leaving. Went to pub next door for a last drink. Enjoyed our stay

No A/C like in the majority of the hotels. However the staff was very helpful and provided a fan: slept beautifully 😃

Perfectly central, a short walk to the German side pedestrian street and maybe 10 minutes to the Swiss border bridge. Comfy and well-designed rooms, easy 24/7 access with door code, friendly and familiar vibes.

The Hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood and the facility is in excellent condition and extremely clean. The morning breakfast is one of the best we have experienced.
