Location, cleanliness, excellent staff.

Extra charge to parkcar. Disturbances during night.

I was traveling alone so I need a room with single bed and some empty space to do yoga in the morning. Unfortunately there were no single bed rooms, only twin sharing and triple bed rooms. It will be very nice to have a couple of single bed rooms with some space to do morning exercise/yoga etc. If I get a single bed room with some space then I can book a room there every week for next 6 months, as I travel there often for work.

I’ve stayed in IBIS Budget in Geneva on a few occasions and this one in Pratteln is about the same standard. You get what you pay for, which is fully OK for what we needed: a good nights sleep in a clean small standard room with a shower on our way to a sports tournament. We arrived after 9pm and the receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Parking available downstairs.

We arrived here by car and the parking was absolutely fine underneath the hotel. If you didn’t have a car, this hotel might be tricky to get to with public transport.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. Upon request at reception you will be given a hairdryer, but you must leave a deposit of 10 francs, which will be returned to you later. But most importantly, the hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the concert venue. Coming to a concert, spending the night and moving on is an ideal option.

Considering that this is a budget hotel, everything was at the level of a budget hotel, I did not expect more. In-room sink, separate shower, separate toilet.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly, particularly Lucas who was so helpful. Room basic but we didn’t expect more but was just what we needed and location great only 10-15 mins walk to public transport.

One of the lights didn’t work in the bedroom but not the end of the world.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in all terms. The manager especially was top quality in communcation, kindness, quick responses. I haven't had such good service even in 5 star, high quality hotels I visited for business reasons. Top of the top. The very compact but so effective eating area was also a big surprise in terms of goodness.

Clean and everything as expected. Comfortable bed. Cheaper than staying in city centre.

The room is small and the shower is straight off the room not into a bathroom. We knew this before booking so not a surprise. Hardly enough room to open a medium size suitcase.

the Hotel is a budget type but clean is good enough for short stay. IKEA, big groceries are near by 10min walk. So, finding living stuff including foods is not a problem. the best things is the parking fee. it's available and 50% cheaper than outside

the budget style room type. when you want a larger room and better condition, pay more an find another accommodation.

Very clean, easy to get to, comfy rooms and good facilities

The only thing is that rooms don’t have hairdryers but reception does say you can borrow one with a deposit - would have been handy to know this was an option before arrival so I didn’t need to bring my own hairdryer.

Good position link up between the two sides of Basel, with great public transportation. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and organized. Would absolutely do it again!
