Clean! Clean is priority #1 for us. Close to the airport. Secure..the property is gated and locked at night. It's basic, but was everything we (grandfather, mother & daughter 13) needed and expected for a short airport stay. We were not able to use the shuttle prior to 6am for our early flight but easily scheduled an Uber. The staff was prompt to reply to emails about our booking. The on site staff was very friendly and helpful. I shared a room with my daughter and had the option to have twin beds separated instead of one bed. I would recommend for short airport stay

The hotel was brand new, and everything was spotless. The beds were comfortable, and it was very close to the airport, which was the main reason we chose it. Despite the location, there was no noise from the airplanes. There was also convenient parking for the car.

There is an automatic check-in machine, which is convenient, but it only works smoothly if you’re checking in for one room. If you have two rooms under the same reservation, things don’t go as smoothly. Because of this, we had to check in the old-fashioned way at reception. We waited 45 minutes, despite only having one person ahead of us in the queue. On top of that, we were given a room that was already occupied, so we had to go back and get a new one. The staff member was polite and approachable, though they appeared to have some difficulty managing certain aspects of the job.

Super clean rooms and security coded doors. The staff were considerate of my needs and made attempts to communicate with an English speaking guest. It was appteciated. The perfect location, especially if driving self around.

Not a great location for non car owners. The public transportation service was very poor and no choice of eateries close to the hotel. These will affect my choice of this location next time. Also, I chose the hotel because it had airport shuttle, my arrival to the airport was a nightmare. I was not told that I had to book the shuttle, coming from Amsterdam where airport shuttles constantly come to the airport, it was a disappointment. I couldn't call due to sim issues and the airport information desk was no help!

Clean neat room. There is a coffee machine and coffee and tea. The hotel is located close enough to the airport and is a good option for an overnight stay before an early flight (elevator, self-check-in and check-out). It should be noted that you need to order a free transfer at the hotel 48 hours in advance and that you need to call a taxi yourself in the morning (there is no transfer at all hours). All the necessary information can be found in the description and from the hotel staff - very polite and pleasant communications. Not far from the hotel there is a restaurant and a pizzeria, bus stop No. 1. Basel is also not far away.

You need to take into account possible traffic jams due to road repairs around the airport. We liked everything about the hotel. Thank you!

Location a short taxi ride from the airport in a quiet location. Clean and modern - it looked newly refurbished. Booked at short notice after flight cancellation it was good value for money. We arrived late and so no staff around but automated check in worked perfectly. Staff were there the next morning and really helpful including free shuttle back to airport

There was a very limited food and drink offering out of working hours

Rooms were efficient and the four person family room was spacious. Price for quality is hard to beat for the airport area.

If you need an airport shuttle, be sure to book at least 2 days in advance. They apparently noted that somewhere but I missed it and needed to take a €20 taxi. There are also limited shuttle spaces and it only runs every 30min. Not a huge deal but when proximity to the airport is the main value, you might run into this. That being said the woman at the desk was very helpful to get the taxi sorted out!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel — everything was clean, organized, and the service was top-notch. Special thanks to Rustam, a young gentleman who went above and beyond to help us. His kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude truly made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Nice, clean, everything looks like new

Acces to parking not possible if you arrive late, need to live the car and go inside to self check in and then you can have acces with car. No info about this on the parking gate. When you arrive late there are no much info at the self check in point and we where like 3 different costumers that try to understand the steps for getting the room acces code. After you understand the sistem works very good

The property is a new and modern budget rooms! The room and bathroom was decent, clean and nice. We basically booked this for a stopover night to Switzerland 🇨🇭 and met our basic need. After hours you need to enter your details on the automatic check in machine and get your access code to the door as well as for your room. There are gas station and supermarket nearby!

Breakfast could have been better spread! Only had cereal, croissant and bread!

The hotel was new, the rooms were compact and had exactly what you need for a one night stay. I did not expect the hotel to be situated in a residential area, it was a very quiet town with all the facilities that you might need to continue your journey (supermarket, pharmacy). Breakfast was just right, enough choice for everyone.

The A/C seemed to take for hours to cool down, so the room was very hot for a long time. No international tv channels.
