We were travelling to Italy so this was the perfect resting spot. Location is good enough for it's purpose, the restaurant was very good, also breakfast, pool was nice but hard to figure out how the hot tub worked. We got it going and explained it to 2 other struggling couples, which made for a great conversation moment in the pool and some laughter.

The reception was a bit awkward at a little computer desk in the corner. We had some very basic questions regarding the rooms next to our kids as requested. There was a room in between that supposedly got booked before us, but there was nobody there eventually and the attitude we got from the guy at the reception seemed dismissive. The elevators were a struggle too but other then that it's a very nice hotel for the price.

There was a free shuttle service from and to the Basel airport. If you arrive late at night, you might need to wait for a while thus it is recommended to call the hotel as soon as you land or even book the time from the previous day if your airline does not have known delays. The room had a second small room with 2 beds (one above the other) and this was a good thing. If we had more time at the hotel, we would have tried the gym and the pool/jacuzzi/sauna. The lobby had some free games (football table) and a chess board to spend some time.

The toilet did not have a washing basin and you had to go to the bathroom to wash your hands.

Loved the power shutters on bedroom window! They seemed to block out airport noise as well as light so vg night sleep. Very comfortable bed. Good sized airy room. Hot water and good shower etc. Very good shuttle from and too airport which is close by. Didn't have breakfast or use pool but will do when we go back in 3 weeks. A bit further away from shops, bars, restaurants than expected, but very pleasant location. There is a shop 10 min walk apparently.

Evening meal looked expensive but will try lunch on our return.

The beds are comfortable, the rooms are modern and clean. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Food is not spectacular but good enough when in transit.

Our room was for handicapped people and therefore there was no shower curtain or any thing. It looked like the light at the entrance of the room was operated by a motion sensor, but because all doors were removed the light would always be on if someone moves. Luckily the fuse box was in the room and allowed us to switch off the light.

Great location, swimming pool and the restaurant is very friendly and had great food and wine. Staff on the restaurant are very welcoming.

On two occasions now we have been given room 1315 instead of the normal family room we had on previous trips. The light in the hallway is on a motion sensor which keeps going off during the night when you get up. It woke us and the kids on many occasions. The staff tried to disconnect it but it then turned off all the bathroom lights. We ended up having to move a floor lamp into the hall which wasn’t very practical and safe.

Quiet. The shuttle from the airport was very helpful. Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast staff and excellent breakfast. Was glad to do a swim workout in the pool. The bar man was kind to make non-alcoholic drinks for me. Staff were friendly and spoke English when I needed them due to my simple French. The massage woman was excellent. Thank-you.

The hot tub and pool needed to be warmer. Would love some good vegetarian dinner options in the restaurant.

room size is good, very clean, and comfortable. you get all you need. they also have a nice swimming pool, sauna and fitness not big but good size as there weren't many people using it. it's about 8 minutes from the airport, and the property provides convenient return shuttle services; call when you arrive for the estimated pick-up point. most importantly, the staff are friendly and you also get a free welcome drink which I had a pint of nice beer. :)

Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was quick. There was plenty of parking and it was free. There was a small bar area at the entrance which looks really cosy. Unfortunately due a bomb scare at Basel airport it was very busy. The restaurant is downstairs and the food is really good

Due to the above mentioned problem there was a lot of people in the restaurant and the man who sat down on the next table 15 minutes after us was served much quicker. He had ordered the same as me but had already finished his meal and I hadn`t even got mine.

1. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were amazing especially with kids who really enjoyed the pool 2. The spa facility (massage) was also fairly good. 3. The family room for 4 was large and convenient with a bunk bed for the kids and queen bed for us. 4. Free parking on site

1. The air conditioners in the room did not work. The first night it was horribly hot in the room and when I asked the reception the next day they told me they do not switch on the aircon because its not yet summer. I found that stupid because if a guest feels hot and wants a cooler room, he should be able to decide for himself. Otherwise state this clearly in the description that air con facility will only work from X date to Y date. They did give us fans for our room, but it is annoying 2. The wifi in the room was horrible. You could barely connect to it. They definitely need to work on a better wifi system for the guests as it was very annoying. 3. Breakfast was a bit chaotic especially if you arrive at 9 PM there was a fairly large queue. The breakfast in itself though was nice

Clean property, ample free parking, nice swimming pool (though the jacuzzi needs a bit of care). Room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant for dinner is a great option

A bit more care for the jacuzzi, rooms have a light with a movement sensor at the entrance which can be a bit annoying at night since you wake up everybody by moving.
