The hotel is easy to reach by bus from the airport and the railway station is only two minutes away which is very convenient if you want to travel around. Our room was a bit small, but it was very neat and clean. We were cold when we arrived, so we turned on the central heating and the room was really nice and warm in no time. The staff was very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. They gave us clean towels even though we didn't leave the ones we had on the floor because we only stayed for two nights. All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel.

The room isn't soundproof, but we were so tired from exploring every day and out like a light each night that it didn't have a chance to bother us.

The location is great (2 min walk to the St Louis train station - with very good connections to Basel/Colmar/ Strasbourg and 10 min by bus to the airport), the staff is very nice and helpful ( it seems a small family business and they really care about their guests). They offer breakfast, the rooms are clean and very well heated ( it is quite cold outside this time of the year)! We enjoyed our stay there! The hotel is a very good choice if you are there to visit Alsace!

There is not a negative thing to say about our stay...they offer what you see in the pictures so that you can be sure what to expect when you book, but they make your stay really pleasant!

Great value for money. The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it a great base for exploring the region. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, with hot water. Highly recommended!

The hotel rooms have recently been renovated. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The nearby Italian restaurant was excellent value for money.

Despite the renovation the age of the building is beginning to show. The toilet tissue holder may be modern and cost-effective, but in practice it's annoying.

Very clean. We stopped for one night while traveling from Zurich to Alcase, and the location was very convenient for us, and the price was reasonable.

I don't like when the bath and the toilet are separated. And I looked for an electric kettle and didn't find it. Maybe the staff has, but they don't speak English.

Lovely small hotel. We had a lovely welcome from a kind man who made me a very needed cup of tea, after a stressful journey! We also hadn’t realised this hotel was in France as we were holidaying in Switzerland but needed an airport hotel! We didn’t have the right plug but we were loaned one for the night. Lovely clean rooms and a good breakfast in the morning. Thank you

Damien, the manager (and the other reception staff) helped us in all the ways he could and we needed: plug in adaptor, change the day of the bokong due to objective reasons (flight cancelled), stored luggage extra few hours, issued invoice and receipt, offered info and was also very warm and open when welcoming us.

The reception is closed between 11 and 14-15 as guests leave before 11 and check in after 15, and this info is not presented in the description. We did not expect this, although it is a reasonable business rule, and we lost 3 hours attempting to leave the luggage a bit in advance there. We had to carry it with us while visiting Berna, and we'd have planned better our anyway limited time, if we knew the reception is closed

Well located close to the train station, clean room, quick check-in/check-out, nothing fancy but nothing to complain. It's also decently priced compared to accommodations in touristic cities around

Because the room was small, it was getting very hot during the night, but sleeping with the window open is not ideal when facing the street, especially at the ground floor.

Location was excellent. Train station is across the street. The hotel was great, the room was clean, the owners were really great, they helped for whatever we needed and they were super nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean. It is a good option to stay over the night when you have a morning flight. The train/bus station is 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel, very convenient to get to the airport. The man at the reception was very nice.
