A clean, modern hotel situated in Germany, right on the border with Switzerland and just over the bridge from France. Rooms are reasonably sized for this type of hotel. Staff were very welcoming. Parking in underground car park cost €8 per night. The hotel is situated across the road from a shopping centre with a massive hypermarket and cafes. Several ethnic restaurants nearby but limited German options. Tram for short ride into Basel centre leaves from opposite the hotel.

Not a criticism of the hotel but the Basel Card which gives discounts for entry into the exorbitantly priced museums in Basel is only available to guests of hotels located in Switzerland. The museum admission rates in a wealthy city like Basel (30 Swiss Francs for the Art Museum) are a disgrace.

The confort, clean room, close to tram, right at the 3 countries border. Same breakfast each day, but ok.

1. The fact that they did not provide any free ticket on transport (nor for Germany, nor for Swizerland). All my friends that have stayed in one of these countries, have received a free card from hotel. 2. If you are not able to reach for breakfast (for any reason) they are not having any solution. They told me they cannot refud as it was paid via booking. I needed to rearrange my schedule... 3. Not able to help/advice on transportation.

We have stayed at this hotel chain before and they are consistent in quality: Friendly and helpful receptionist, good internet, comfortable beds with white, super clean and soft lines, good shower pressure and consistent hot water, spotless clean, easy check-in, free parking under and in front of the building, good location when traveling trough, rooms and bathroom size are just enough, with high quality finish, pleasant environment, check-out at 12:00🤩 you don’t have to leave in a hurry!

We only stayed one night but for more days it would be nice to have a mini fridge and a coffee machine.

The breakfast was good. The room was functional, and met my needs. Best of all for me was the location as it was just acoss the street from the No 8 tram station. A good option for those who wish to visit Basel without the cost of a Swiss hotel.

Room was slightly on the small side, but otherwise very comfortable.

The staff was attentive to our needs and provided a kettle when requested. They also rang for a taxi for us in the morning. The room and bathroom were good size and you could open the window without being on the main street. Included a lift to take us to our level.

Bathroom did not have many hooks for towels or clothes. Not many restaurants in the area.

Convenient location for facility visited, very competitive price (I have to cover my own expenses) near to a few restaurants, clean, modern, great air conditioning (night temperature outside was 25°C).

Nothing really, although it would have been super-convenient if they added availability of simpe, light evening meals, like pizza.

Location, Tram stop to Basel city center(25 min) is right in front of the hotel. There is a big shopping mall with a supermarket right across the street. Free Underground Parking. The border control is just outside, however it was very quiet. Great value for money

A single bed is very narrow. Basically pretty clean, but carpet needs more vacuuming. Room amenities are basic and no fridge in the room, however with this price I didn't expect a lot.

Location so near trams, restaurants and shopping centre.. Price and considering the room had three single beds it was quite spacious. I would use this hotel again if in the area.

Air conditioning took a long time to cool the room, but to be fair ther0e were three of us in the room in exceptionally hot weather.

good value for money, ideal location on the tram stop into Basel downtown, easy to reach by bus/car, nearby facilities for groceries, we went for a concert in a club 10m walking distance and the location was ideal for that, convenient check in and check out, 24h access to hotel after check-in, much cheaper than Basel/Swiss Based Hotels

located right adjacent to the boarder control/customs facilities, our window was facing the FlixBus parking lot right in front of our room

Brilliant location, fantastic staff, ideal for getting to Weil am Rhein , France and of course, Basel. I asked if there was a kettle in my room but I was then given one my the staff at reception along with an iron and a cup. Really helpful and caring staff. You have a code which opens your room and lets you in the main building when the main door is closed. Theres a coffee and vending machine in reception.

Usual noisy neighbours that didnt respect the `keep the noise` policy down.
