Very clean and comfortable room. Quite well located in relation to the airport (15-20 minutes by taxi - approximately €35 for the taxi) and the town itself has plenty of lively cafes, restaurants and shops. The bathroom was particularly new and nice and the entire room spptlessly clean. They had provided us with a children's crib as requested and the beds were very comfortable. The inclusion of a fan was very welcome and made the warm evening comfortable.

The process for after hours check in isn't good. They should not be requesting we send our card details to them. They should have an automated payment set up with booking.com and just email the key-safe access info to guests. It would be a whole lot easier. We messed up the after hours instructions and were almost left destitute on the street at midnight with our little son. It was needlessly stressful.

Lovely and comfortable hotel at a great price. The location is good, with buses and tram to Basel very near. It was really handy to travel to Basel and much cheaper than any Basel hotel, with much better facilities. Bear in mind that buses don’t come as often so needs planning in advance to not upset your plans. Breakfast was excellent, a buffet with hot and cold items including eggs (which is always a plus in my books), very varied selection and good quality food. I couldn’t rate the staff any higher, they were lovely and friendly, very helpful and welcoming. The room is basic which is reflected in the price, but very comfortable and maintained to a good standard. The bathroom is in perfect condition with a good powerful shower. Only basic toiletries are provided which was not a problem for me.

Nothing negative to say really, but more a suggestion. Given its vicinity to Switzerland it would be useful if socket adaptors were provided as they are different to Swiss ones.

The location was great, restaurants and shops nearby, while the bus stop to Basel only a few meters away. The room was spacious, pillows were great and the heating system very efficient. The recepsionist was really kind!

The city was not so touristic. And the central train station and tram were about 15 min walk distance.

Location is excellent, being in the middle of Weil am Rhein. The bed was comfortable and on request we were given extra pillows. There is convenient parking behind the hotel. All areas of the hotel were clean.

The breakfast room was nice but breakfast was a little disappointing as there were no pastries left when we ate at 9am.

1. Really good location to visit Basel - Just 10 minutes by car - and also there is a waterpark (LAGUNA) in 5 minutes. I recommend you to visit. 2. REWE in 1 minute and many restaurants are easy to visit 3. We met very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and breakfast rounge. Thank you!

The rooms are spacious clean and the bathrooms new. The mattresses are wonderful and the sheets are quality.

There is a strange smell in the lobby but its bot in the rooms.

The location was quite close to Basel boarder. There are shops closeby. The staff was friendly to us. The hotel had a free parking. The room was small but ideal for two people for the amount you pay! The room has no fridge or micro-wave but there is a common one in the ground floor, just ask from the staff about it ! Overall the stay was good !

Free parking in a large, enclosed lot. Easy to access near restaurants and shopping. Late check-out time was very helpful.

There was air conditioning, but it had a hard time keeping up with the heat wave we were in.

Friendly staff even if they didn't speak fluent English they helped us with everything. It was quiet, breakfast was full of food for every taste.

It was a bit far from the city of Basel where we had to go to work, and buses are not frequent. It's a perfect place for people with a car or for who wants to visit the area (which is lovely!)

Sorted accommodation, everything works well. This place offered a sumptuous breakfast! Courteous staff and silent locality offering peace.
