We had a really pleasant stay here. The room was very spacious — even with four people, we had plenty of space for luggage and to move around comfortably. There’s only one bathroom, so we had to take turns, but we knew this beforehand and it wasn’t a problem. One of the highlights was the staff — they were polite, helpful, and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and also offered to store our bags so we could go have lunch. The hotel is right above a shopping center with a food court, grocery store, and a few shops (though it’s closed on Sundays). It’s also just a short walk to the beautiful Rhine River, and there’s a tram stop nearby with direct access to Basel and other directions. Just two stops away is a bigger shopping area and the Weil am Rhein train station. From there, we easily traveled to Freiburg for a day trip. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely come back!

The property was exceptionally well located. It’s on the first or second tram stop from Basel into Germany. It is adjacent to the Dreilanderbrucke from which you can walk into France and just a few metres from Switzerland. Also, it is attached to a mall. I was travelling by train and did not have a car so the location is important. The facility itself was very nice. I had a corner room which was up to date and clean. The bathroom was exceptional. It was also very clean.

You should be aware that with the window open there is noise from the street. However, being deaf in one ear, I just roll over and it doesn’t bother me.

Great location for visiting Basel by tram. Great amenities with the shopping centre. Clean, tidy, friendly staff, good amount of breakfast choices. Shower good, beds comfy and good value

A very diverse area so bound to be one noisy lot but otherwise ok. Parking free on level 5 but would be ideal to be signposted as we luckily had parked on level 5 unknowingly and the walk to and from the carpark is a lift, a walk to the front of the building and a lift again so a sign for hotel parking would be a helpful for those not researching the parking beforehand.

We stopped at this hotel to rest for one night during a road trip. We were happily surprised by it.The room was nice, modern and super clean! It had air conditioning, which is highly appreciated it during summer. The location was excellent, with a lot of stores and supermarkets on the first floors of the mall. There was a park in front where we could walk the dogs and a playground for kids. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The parking layout was a bit difficult to understand at the beginning, but it was safe and easy to access from the mall.

The locations is great considering it’s only a short walk to the tram stop and there are restaurants nearby. My favourite thing about the location is having to see beautiful sunsets by the river while watching the swans. It was magnificent! The room that I stayed in was well-ventilated and spacious. Too spacious actually! The bed was comfy and I was happy that the bathroom was clean and newly-done. I highly recommend this place.

Since my room was bright, I could easily see dusts in nooks and crannies. The headboard of the bed in particular needs wiping. But other than that, I did not have any problem at all.

Everything was perfect, the breakfast brilliant, short trip in tram to Basel Xmas market, we were worried about the reviews but suspect it’s a summer thing with heat, staff were very nice and breakfast ladies super attentive, never seen before.

One small, complaint was I called for parking at hotel but was not given the free option for parking, staff should say this in mail and as well and when we called, only once we had parked in the pay side we and I asked about it was it too late, it’s a recommendation not really complaint..

We only spent one night in the hotel on our way back home after the holidays, and it's perfect for that. We stayed in a family room and slept well. The room was clean. Everything was fine in that regard. The hotel is located in a shopping center next to the Rhine River and with views of France. Furthermore, it's not far from the VITRA Campus, a recommended visit.

There is nothing noteworthy that could be considered that we didn't like. Everything was fine.

I wasn't sure what to expect from previous reviews. The hotel was easy to navigate, go in hotel door and take elevator to floor six. It's clearly marked and easy to read even if you don't speak the language. We stayed in a kitchenette room. Wow. It was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, amenities were great. We shopped for food downstairs at the supermarket and brought it up. It worked out perfect for us as we are travelling on a limited budget. I would absolutely stay here again and/or recommend others too.

Not a dislike but a reminder. Make sure you read the hotel information booklet about energy saving. Especially if you need to charge something while out of the room.

Our family liked a lot this hotel. It’s located in a very interesting place - cross border of three countries. The family room in the hotel is spacious, bigger than the hotels usually have it, very clean. The stuff is helpful. The breakfast provides you with the vast choice of food. And the parking is free. Thank you.

A little bit inconvenient way to the hotel from the parking lot, but it’s not an issue

The hotel is part of a big building and it's hard to find your way to it. The reception is hidden on the 6. floor and the signage to it is bad. Don't get me started on the parking lot, which is part of the lot for the giant shopping mall in the building! To reach it you have to find your way through a labyrinth of stairs and elevators, out rivaling the one on Crete. And again no signs to show you the way!
