The room was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff members were all very kind and polite. Location is handy for the airport (especially if you can get the free shuttle).

Hotel is located near the airport, but there is no bus service. The hotel advertises that they offer a shuttle service, however when we asked for this we were told it wasn’t possible at the time we needed it. For context we needed the shuttle at 12 midday. This is literally the middle of the day, not an unreasonable time like at night. The receptionist offered to book us an Uber and we did, but it cost 30. So in the end I didn’t save anything by booking the hotel.

Breakfast (self service) was good and reasonably priced; The location was okay - as long as you check bus times or use taxis; the village is a few minutes' walk away, but there is a nice restaurant / bar within easy reach (Brasserie au Raisin) and a Carrefiur Contact suoermarket open until 8pm not too far away.

Communication with the hotel is via who you book with rather than direct - I managed to book the minibus to pick me up from the airport, but my friend didn't receive a reply. A little confusion as the minibus picks up at a bus shelter just outside the terminal - but the email described this as a "tent". I wished that my French was better, but there was always someone on duty speaking English whilst Reception was open.

Clean! Clean is priority #1 for us. Close to the airport. Secure..the property is gated and locked at night. It's basic, but was everything we (grandfather, mother & daughter 13) needed and expected for a short airport stay. We were not able to use the shuttle prior to 6am for our early flight but easily scheduled an Uber. The staff was prompt to reply to emails about our booking. The on site staff was very friendly and helpful. I shared a room with my daughter and had the option to have twin beds separated instead of one bed. I would recommend for short airport stay

The hotel was brand new, and everything was spotless. The beds were comfortable, and it was very close to the airport, which was the main reason we chose it. Despite the location, there was no noise from the airplanes. There was also convenient parking for the car.

There is an automatic check-in machine, which is convenient, but it only works smoothly if you’re checking in for one room. If you have two rooms under the same reservation, things don’t go as smoothly. Because of this, we had to check in the old-fashioned way at reception. We waited 45 minutes, despite only having one person ahead of us in the queue. On top of that, we were given a room that was already occupied, so we had to go back and get a new one. The staff member was polite and approachable, though they appeared to have some difficulty managing certain aspects of the job.

Super clean rooms and security coded doors. The staff were considerate of my needs and made attempts to communicate with an English speaking guest. It was appteciated. The perfect location, especially if driving self around.

Not a great location for non car owners. The public transportation service was very poor and no choice of eateries close to the hotel. These will affect my choice of this location next time. Also, I chose the hotel because it had airport shuttle, my arrival to the airport was a nightmare. I was not told that I had to book the shuttle, coming from Amsterdam where airport shuttles constantly come to the airport, it was a disappointment. I couldn't call due to sim issues and the airport information desk was no help!

Clean neat room. There is a coffee machine and coffee and tea. The hotel is located close enough to the airport and is a good option for an overnight stay before an early flight (elevator, self-check-in and check-out). It should be noted that you need to order a free transfer at the hotel 48 hours in advance and that you need to call a taxi yourself in the morning (there is no transfer at all hours). All the necessary information can be found in the description and from the hotel staff - very polite and pleasant communications. Not far from the hotel there is a restaurant and a pizzeria, bus stop No. 1. Basel is also not far away.

You need to take into account possible traffic jams due to road repairs around the airport. We liked everything about the hotel. Thank you!

The staff was very responsive in all the messages I have sent over the messaging app. They provided meaningful help in a timely manner and this made the stay less stressful. The free shuttle service to/from the airport is a big plus for the hotel. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. Very good value for money, for the money paid.

You definitely need a private transfer (car or taxi) to and from the main city/city centre from where the hotel is located but we knew this before arriving, so it was ok.

We booked the hotel to be near the airport for an early flight and it was conveniently located for that. Self check in was super easy to do, the room is small but very clean and has all you need. The bathroom is big enough and also very clean. Check out was also seamless, we would go back for an early flight.

The price was a bit high for a hotel located outside the city that offers basic accommodation with minimal/no staff.

Room was good enough and comfortable. Good shower. Helpful staff in the morning to help us get a taxi to Basel train station.

It is extremely difficult to get to the hotel from Basel airport after 11pm. Pre book a transfer as there are no buses and taxi service is poor. There is no real way to walk to the hotel even though it's close. Only negative about the hotel. Better information from the hotel regarding this would have helped.

Rooms were efficient and the four person family room was spacious. Price for quality is hard to beat for the airport area.

If you need an airport shuttle, be sure to book at least 2 days in advance. They apparently noted that somewhere but I missed it and needed to take a €20 taxi. There are also limited shuttle spaces and it only runs every 30min. Not a huge deal but when proximity to the airport is the main value, you might run into this. That being said the woman at the desk was very helpful to get the taxi sorted out!
