Low price for the area Bus station very near to the hotel (it takes around 50 minutes to reach from the Basel EuroAirport but note that on Sundays there are less busses so it is advisable to book a flight that leaves at noon at the earliest if you want to eat breakfast at the Expert Hotel that starts at 8 am and also use public transportation to the airport) Comfortable mattress and big windows

WiFi connection is very sketchy when the downstairs cafe and gelateria are open (probably because customers and workers use it as there is no password so anyone can log on at any time).

Comfortable bed, friendly staff and a good shower.

The bathroom has a glass door and the advert states free parking which leads me to believe there is a car park but you actually have to park on the street, so I ended up parking a 4 minute walk away which is OK for me but not what I expected.

So clean and the breakfast next door was brilliant! It is a very basic small room for sleeping. Staff communicated very well and very easy to get into. Great place for an overnight on a budget.

One pillow and not very comfortable. Other rooms are very close in the shared hall so you can hear everything as people come and go.

Clean room with a balcony and table outside. I didn't realize that this hotel is in Germany when I book as my travel is in Basel. It turns out that this hotel is better with good price restaurant and supermarket nearby.

The disctance of cross border travel between the hotel and basel central is around 20 mins bus. The only drawback is that extremely difficult to buy bus ticket from the ticket machine, but that's outside hotel's control.

Excellent value for money, comfy beds and super friendly staff. My room was quiet despite being street facing, everything was spotless and good water pressure in the shower. Easy to travel to Switzerland on the regular bus service which stops a few minutes away or the train. Would definitely stay again!

Good breakfast, a bit of everything and delicious German bread buns.

Overnight a petrol car was parked in front of the electric car chargers so we could not park and charge when we arrived after 11pm. This should not be tolerated.

We liked almost everything: the room was very comfortable and big and the toilet was very good.

The staff was very friendly when we arrived, but they didn't tell us that to check out "early" in the morning (it was 7.40 a.m.) the reception would be closed and we should therefore walk to another hotel nearby to pay and leave the keys. This made us miss our train...
