The location was very central, just 25 mins max walk to the city center. Getting there from the airport was very easy and stress free. The room was clean and spacious and the shared bathroom was well kept!

The windows in the attic room had no curtains which made for a very early wake up. The front door of the building wasn't very secure and didn't require any key or code to gain access to the building. Lastly the keypad for the room would almost always not recognise the code and i had to insert the code up to four times for it to be recognised.

I stayed in this place with my partner and we liked the place, the information the reception gave us via messages worked perfectly and they also gave us a card to use the public transportation without paying. Anyway, the location is really good because you can go by foot to the city center, which is just a kilometer away.

Our room was on the fifth floor (last one) and to go up there there were wooden stairs which were really noisy (hope we didn't wake anyone up). Also, the shared bathroom was not so clean.

Great location-safe and quiet. Loved how much space there was in the unit.

Being the first door when one comes inside, we had another guest knock on our door thinking we were the property manager and they needed help with a question on their reservation. It was pretty late, and it woke up my children. Perhaps a sign to make it obvious that it’s a guest room?

Good value for money (especially during Eurovision week), top location, easy self check-in and check-out, very specious.

Some furniture is a bit older, but it does not actually influence the comfort and there was a reconstruction close to the apartment which started pretty early in the morning.

We got a bigger apartment from what we booked, the location was nice, the check-in was easy, and so was the check-out.

The bathroom doesn't have a traditional door, it has a slide door, so not very good closing, but we could live with that.

Clean, nice kitchen with everything needed for cooking, fresh renovated heating, windows, nice comfortable beds and clean bedsheets

No elevator, tv not functioning

The place was clean, they provided us with Basel Card and location is also fantastic.

However We booked for 4 people, We only received 3 blanket. Apart from this issue, there were no other problem.

Good location and quick responses from the Owners

The Salto box at the entrance was not working. It took quite a time to realize it wasn´t working and how to open the main door. Just by pushing it. Also the TV didn´t work

The location was perfect, it was easy to do self check-In, rooms were comfortable.

The stairs were too noisy because of wood quality, only this is a bad impression before you enter the apartment.

It was really close to the city center which was really good and the facilities were good.

I didn’t like the shared bathroom.
