I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, largely thanks to the charming interior design that makes it feel very homely. The garden is a true highlight — peaceful and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated with cute, personal touches that add character and comfort. While not all staff interactions were consistent, some team members were exceptionally friendly and quick to respond to any requests, which really made a difference. Overall, a cozy and serene place to stay with great ambiance.

Some staff members were inattentive and slow to acknowledge guests. More importantly, while sitting at the bar, we could clearly hear the bar staff gossiping about other hotel guests. As someone witnessing this firsthand, it felt unprofessional and created a rather uncomfortable vibe.

The hotel is really modern and the decor is sublime. Beautiful throughout. The SPA is very unique, loved the small details in the room and the breakfast was more than wonderful. They were really accommodating towards our dog as well.

PARKING! or lack of it. As the hotel of this standard please get a valet service as it was horrible and the receptionist failed to mentioned that there is an underground parking for an extra fee. As well, please let your guests know to book the restaurant in advance as its very upsetting to come tired and having to look where to have dinner.

The staff were very helpful and kind even in situation where they couldn’t meet our needs. The hotel is new, the room design is beautiful. They have two restaurants to chose from and that is very convenient especially on days when you are tired after long exploration day and just want to stay in. They offer bike rentals as well. The swimming pool and spa area is soon to be opened which will make it even more worth it. They also have a small board game room( mainly chess) and library where one can read as they enjoy a drink of their choice.

A bit odd for such a place, they couldn’t offer tea in the room. Secondly, for the price of the room on which one is tied to having breakfast as well, it is a bit odd to charge for egg Benedict if one orders. Especially considering that in some cases, these guest don’t even eat much from what is already provided

It is beautifully appointed and spotless. It feels elegant but modern and quirky. The room felt luxurious and the bed was really comfortable. The room overlooked the park and was quiet and the view was good. Dinner was tasty, and the chef made us something to suit our needs as we are vegetarian and my husband can’t eat spicy food. Breakfast was all very fresh and the best hotel coffee I have ever had.

The beds were very comfortable; the breakfast excellent. The swimming pool was very refreshing. The location is walking distance from the center, which is very convenient.

It was not all together clear what the cost is of extras like the spa treatments, eggs at breakfast ... But we could have asked and didn't so.

The hotel looks amazing. Everything is well organized, all details are carefully picked and placed to make guest happy. The rooms are big and spotless clean. The staff is amazing, they fulfill immediately any request you might have. The hotel is a real jam and it deservese easily 5 stars. The breakfast is really memorable, with a lot of tasty snacks and options.

Beautiful space - rooms comfortable and terrace lovely for food and drinks. Quality of food is fantastic! Staff very friendly. An absolutely great hotel, especially with our dog (large fenced dog park 25 minute walk away, through forest). Can't wait till they open the spa!

No door to the bathroom (just glass door for the toilet) which was uncomfortable (and strange).

Gästehaus interior is looking nice and clean. Good bed accomodation and a roomy enough desk to actually do some work too. I actually liked the styling and the choice of colours.

The hotel is airconditioned, the Gästehaus is not. Unfortunately i appear to have been pampered by airconditioning and ungrateful because of a heatwave that week.... i couldn't sleep even in a comfy and easing earth-colors surrounding. Cut my stay a bit shorter to seek my own bed and clima control...

Amazing nice little hotel in the center of Sarrelouis. Very chic, very cosy, the atmosphere is quiet and elegant, perfect for a November rainy week-end. The food is also exceptionnal (we were at the Pastis) as is breakfast; The staff is really professional and in large number. A very, very nice experience!
